A warrant for the arrest of Paul Edward Factor, 46, was issued on Thursday, and the public was asked to help locate him. Nine months ago, Factor was suspected of breaking into Beck's Garage, but authorities were not able to identify the suspects.

During the attempt to rob the garage, Factor allegedly stabbed one of the six dogs used to guard the premises in the face. The next day when the owner, Jeff Beck opened up his business, he saw his dog named Lucy whimpering as a knife stuck out of her face.

Beck rushed Lucy to the veterinary hospital, where miraculously the knife missed her brain and sinus cavities. Since then Lucy has made a full recovery.
