Kathleen Sebelius fell on her sword this past week and took all of the blame for the Obamacare system crash. No, apology not accepted. The reason is that President Obama should have been more hands on and more inquisitive about progress long ago. Average Americans probably saw this coming because Obamacare is a catalyst for transforming the American health care system into something much more different than in the past.
In the past, there were no national standards for healthcare. Now, there is.
Having that standard will help purge the system of garbage and eliminate the opportunity for “stupid” people to be so stupid. However, Fox News will fight for the right for people to be stupid.
Anyway, Jeffrey Zients, a professional who can be trusted on merit said that the problems will be solved by November 30th. That may be miraculous, but we hope so.
All of this: Obamacare website flub, NSA mismanagement, scandals and faux scandals have pretty much retired President Obama. He may not know it, yet, but his credibility is spent.
“Jeffrey Zients, the management expert brought in to direct the site's overhaul, promises it will be operating smoothly by Nov. 30. That means no more crashing, no more bottlenecks, no more glitchy data. Uninsured Americans in the 36 states served by the site should be able to register, shop, and enroll in health coverage with relative ease.”
