On Feb. 4, California's Fourth District Court of Appeals reinstated a birther case against President Barack Obama after a lower court ordered its dismissal last year. FindLaw, one of the largest legal search engines, reported Monday's surprising decision.
The state's appellate court, which has three branches in southern California, reinstated the appeal by Dr. Orly Taitz against U.S. senator Diane Feinstein (Calif., Democrat) and Barack Hussein Obama. Taitz, who is a senatorial candidate, argues that the Golden State had 1.5 million invalid voter registrations. Additionally, the plaintiff charges that Barack Obama is ineligible to serve as the nation's chief executive due to his use of forged IDs and a stolen social security number.
The decision read:
Appellant’s motion to vacate the dismissal, reinstate the appeal, and be relieved from default is GRANTED. The order of dismissal is VACATED and the appeal is REINSTATED. Orange County Superior Court, Appellate Division is directed to accept the designation of the record on appeal, provided the designation is presented within 10 days of the date of this order.
The appeals court added:
If appellant fails to comply, and the Superior Court notifies this court of the non-compliance, the appeal may be dismissed. The clerk of this court is DIRECTED to file forthwith the civil case information statement attached to appellant’s motion to reinstate the appeal.
The White House will likely get increased pressure that its main occupant used fake documents. Last week, a separate court in California issued a notice of default against the president for his lack of response to birther allegations.
Birthers allege that the president's SSN cannot pass the government's E-verify system and that the query results in the name "Harrison J. Bounel." In this image, Obama allegedly submitted a fake SSN in his 2009 IRS tax return. Officials later re-submitted a different tax return to the mainstream media without the social security numbers.

On Feb. 15, the Supreme Court of the United States will have a conference and determine if Obama did indeed use forged documents and IDs in order to run for political office. However, less than three percent of cases distributed for conference are elevated by associates into full consideration by all nine justices.
On Monday, Richard B. Sanders - a retired justice on the Washington State Supreme Court - announced that he would help a birther plaintiff avoid a $13,000 punitive fine for launching an appeal in state court. Her original lawsuit alleges that Obama is ineligible to serve as president.
