This week STAPLES Center will host the 2010 NHL Draft on June 25-26 and fans are invited to join in the excitement, for free. This marks the first hosting experience for the Los Angeles Kings in forty-three years and as the website says "The L.A. Kings and STAPLES Center are very proud to host the 2010 NHL Draft." The schedule is as follows -

NHL Draft, Rounds 2-7, STAPLES Center
The draft is free for hockey fans to attend and L.A. Live will host hockey events across from STAPLES Center. With an opportunity to take a photo with the Stanley Cup, a beer garden, activities and broadcasting of the draft, it is a must do for any hockey fan. If you cannot attend the event it will air live in the U.S. on Versus and you can catch it on TSN in Canada.
