Wasn't the weather beautiful today? So warm and toasty. I'm lovin' it. Of course, I'm sure I'll be complaining of the heat by mid June - by then Boulder begins to feel like the inside of an oven. But that's not why I'm writing today. In fact, what prompted me to type, type, type was the fact that my toes saw the sun for the first time in months, and boy, were they happy. So happy, in fact, that they begged for a pedicure. And what hue will they be wearing? One of Chanel's new pastels, of course! Just in time for Spring (the colors will be available next month). Peter Phillips, the beauty director for Chanel, will be releasing the new Le Pop-Up de Chanel, inspired by the sea. How chic. I'm dying to see how the Nouvelle Vague (a pleasing shade of jade) looks paired with a tan. Magnifique!
The entire line will be available in early May, available wherever Chanel Cosmetics are sold - try Nordstrom at the Flatirons mall in Broomfield.
