Actress Freida Pinto sizzled in James Ferreira on the red carpet at the 44th Annual NAACP Image Awards held at the Shrine Auditorium on Feb. 1 in Los Angeles. Pinto accessorized her beautiful gown with Jimmy Choo heels, a Judith Leiber clutch, and Jacob & Co. jewelry.
The actress was on hand to support her boyfriend, Dev Patal who is nominated for an award for Best Supporting Actor in a Drama Series for his role in “Newsroom.” He is up against Clarke Peters, Omar Epps, Rockmond Dunbar and Rocky Carroll.
Winners at the award so far include Kerry Washington, who won the Best Supporting Actress award for “Django Unchained” and Best Actress in a Television Series Award for “Scandal.” Washington was also recognized with a special honor. She received the President’s Award, recognizing her special achievements in furthering the cause of civil rights and public service, and for breaking barriers for black women on television.
Other red carpet fashionistas hitting the red carpet include, Gladys Knight, Tatyana Ali, KeKe Palmer, Omarosa Manigult, Halle Berry in Vivienne Westwood, Kerry Washington in Oscar de la Renta, Meagan Goode and so many more.
The 44th Annual NAACP Awards aired live on Feb. 1 at 8 p.m. on NBC.
