Turning 51 today, model Carol Alt still looks as photogenic as when, at 48, she posed nude. She also bared the truth about her youthfully slim figure: a raw food diet that, she told a People magazine reporter, helped her lose 12 pounds in 2 weeks.
Carol credits her Playboy-cover body to a rigorous raw-food diet that focuses on raw vegetables, raw milk cheeses,and sashimi. She told the reporter that after following the diet for just a few weeks, "My body started changing and I got tight."
