'Mob Wives' brawl: Natalie Guercio gets into fight at premiere party

Mob Wives” season 4 premiered Thursday night on VH1, and it seems the drama wasn't just on-screen. According to GossipCop on Dec. 6, a big brawl broke out at the “Mob Wives” premiere party in New York and things got wild.

It seems new cast member Natalie Guercio was arguing with someone at the Greenhouse club during the private event. Then, Guercio took a bottle of booze and smashed it over Alexis Crinion's head as she tried to break up the arguing. Crinion was apparently taken to the hospital and received stitches in her head.

It seems Crinion is the cousin of the woman who had been arguing with Guercio. According to Wetpaint, the mystery woman in the mix may be related to fellow “Mob Wives: New Blood” star Renee Graziano.

At this point, there have been no charges filed against “Mob Wives” star Natalie Guercio, as it seems Crinion may have chosen not to cooperate or press charges. However, the police are investigating the alleged assault. At this point, Guercio has not commenting on the incident. Though Natalie's name seems to be the primary one tied to the “Mob Wives” brawl, TMZ reports that ultimately a handful of people were involved and another person may have even broken an ankle.

Natalie Guercio got off to quite the start on “Mob Wives: New Blood,” and her altercation at the premiere event seems to reinforce she is one wild woman. Just how much chaos will there be on-screen this season? If the premiere party incident is any indication, most would guess things will be crazy.

“Mob Wives: New Blood” season 4 airs Thursday nights on VH1.
