Miley Cyrus wasn't showing anything more than pure beauty on Sunday night. The entertainer hit the town to support a charity at the 2013 Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing Party held at the Pacific Design Center on Sunday. The West Hollywood venue had stars from every walk of life walking the red carpet for a good cause. Of course the big screens watching the Oscars live definitely had people keeping an eye on who won during the evening.
Miley Cyrus arrived in an elegant white Azzaro dress that had a full backless look. With her front entirely covered, the stark white gown was different than she typically worn, but she looked stunning. Tossing her hair the star had more of a punk rocker look that was topped off with elegant Givenchy shoes.
Always one to take fashion risks, it seemed that Miley Cyrus was looking forward to being part of the program and didn't focus on making headlines like she typically does with her over-the-top fashion.
