Metal Gear stage confirmed, codec teased for Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale

In a recent video interview with IGN, Seth Killian confirms that the upcoming multiplatform title, Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale, will include a stage based on the Metal Gear franchise. The Lead Game Designer at Sony Computer Entertainment America also teased about the codec feature. You can check out some screenshots from the Playstation 3 and Playstation Vita fighting game in the slideshow at the top of this article and his response when asked about the possibility of the codec feature from Metal Gear making a cameo below:

Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale is a crossover fighting game featuring first and third-part Playstation characters, including Raiden from the Metal Gear series. Sony Computer Entertainment will be publishing the Playstation 3 and Playstation Vita title when it launches for both platforms in North America on November 20.
