An online retailer is currently offering a modest post-launch discount for the recently-released multiplatform video game, “Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance.” According to their page update on March 16, Amazon has slashed about 17 percent off of the manufacturer’s suggested retail price tag for the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 versions of the latest installment in the “Metal Gear” franchise. As a result, you can purchase the product for around $50 with free shipping. Platinum Games, with some additional help from Kojima Productions, developed “Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance,” which was originally called “Metal Gear Solid: Rising.” The action-adventure title features Raiden as the main playable character. It was released by Konami Digital Entertainment for the aforementioned Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 consoles in the North American region on Feb. 19.
