Fox, 27, was photographed in Los Angeles wearing skinny black pants and a loose gray T-shirt. Judging by her slim figure, it's hard to tell the brunette beauty was recently pregnant. But given Megan's track record, her rapid weight loss isn't surprising.

In 2012, Fox regained her slender pre-baby body just two months after giving birth to her first son, Noah. Megan gained just 23 pounds during her first pregnancy and shed the weight quickly by following a dairy-free Paleo diet.

“I’m not eating dairy, that’s my biggest secret," Fox told Hollyscoop. "It’s really hard on your hormones and it’s not good. If you want to gain weight, eat dairy. If you don’t, don’t eat it."

Megan follows the low-carb Paleo diet, which emphasizes high-quality animal proteins, healthy fats, vegetables and fruits, and excludes gluten, sugar, dairy, legumes, starches, alcohol and processed foods.

The Paleo diet is the most popular diet around today, and has a huge celebrity following, including Tim McGraw, Matthew McConaughey, Jessica Biel, Kellan Lutz, and supermodel Adriana Lima.

Proponents say the low-carb Paleo diet accelerates weight loss, lowers blood pressure, and prevents cancer, diabetes, heart disease, depression, and Alzheimer's.

Fox's longtime trainer, Harley Pasternak, credited Megan's workouts during her pregnancy for her speedy post-baby weight loss. "We worked out throughout her entire pregnancy," Harley told People. "She was a model of health through the whole process."

Fox's workouts combine cardio exercise with strength-training and stretching. While Fox often downplays the efforts she takes to stay fit, she's actually quite conscientious when it comes to diet and exercise.

"Megan really educated herself big-time and had a great relationship with her physician so she really understood the safe boundaries of how to exercise and eat well during pregnancy," said Pasternak, who has trained Halle Berry, Lady Gaga, and Jessica Simpson.

Fox and her husband, actor Brian Austin Green, both follow a healthy diet. "Megan and Brian eat really well," said Pasternak, author of The Body Reset Diet. "They both cook and love using their blender. Megan's favorite is the red smoothie, which is whatever berries are in season, Chai tea, a scoop of protein powder and little bit of almond milk."
