Wednesday marks day two of a Dads and Grads sale at Best Buy and the video game loving dad or grad that enjoys sci-fi role-playing games are treated with an extremely cheap Mass Effect 3 for the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360.

Mass Effect 3 is on sale at Best Buy for just $7.99 for Wednesday, June 5 only. Free shipping is offered but tax is not applicable.

The game wrapped up the Commander Shepard trilogy for Mass Effect though not necessarily neatly as gamer backlash resulted in BioWare creating free DLC to extend some of the possible endings. It is still one of the highest-rated games by reviewers with a Metacritic score that hovers around 93 on both the PS3 and Xbox 360.

There are some other game deals running through this Saturday, June 8 that are worth keeping an eye on. This includes the 3+1 month (4 months) Xbox LIVE Gold Card for $14.99 that also comes with 500 MS Points ($5 value). Those needing to renew their LIVE Gold membership or get a new membership can essentially get a year's worth of Xbox LIVE for $45 and get $15 back to spend on the Xbox LIVE Marketplace.

The 4GB Xbox 360 Kinect Bundle is on sale as well for $249.99 which is $50 off the regular price.
