Major PS4 title in development at Supermassive Games

As 2013 moves forward, new information concerning Sony’s PS4 is slowly trickling out and on Wednesday it was discovered that Supermassive Games is currently working on a AAA PS4 title.

According to the LinkedIn profile of Sunny Mody, Supermassive Games is currently developing a next-gen title. Additionally, it was revealed that the unannounced project is being made for Sony and that the game will see release on the PlayStation 4.

The LinkedIn profile reads:

I am currently at Supermassive Games working on an unannounced ‘AAA’ game for a next generation Sony console.

Aside from this mysterious PS4 title, Supermassive Games is currently developing “Until Dawn”, a horror game which makes use of the PS Move controller, for the PS3.

The horror game was officially revealed and detailed at Gamescom 2012 and is slated for release later this year. Supermassive Games previously worked on titles which include, “Dr. Who Eternity Clock, “Start the Party”, and “Tumble” for the PS3.

Currently, many analysts expect Sony to announce to the PlayStation 4 at GDC next month or just prior to E3 2013 which takes place in June.
