Rush Limbaugh ashamed for America has become a trending topic on news search engines this week, as the Inquisitr reported this Thursday, Feb. 21, that Rush Limbaugh said — for the very first time — that he is “ashamed” of what the United States has become in recent years.
The known conservative talk show host said the controversial comment when commenting on the pending sequestration. While President Barack Obama feels that cuts to federal spending would be ultimately hurtful to the U.S. economy, Limbaugh feels this isn’t the case.
Politoc News said Rush Limbaugh ashamed of the U.S. came as a result of feeling that America’s own intelligence has been insulted by President Obama’s policy for more spending.
“Here they come sucking us in, roping us in, panic here, fear there, crisis, destruction, no meat inspection, no cops, no teachers, no firefighters, no air traffic control,” said the conservative show host. “I’m sorry, my days of getting roped into all of this are over. We have the media play along with all of this, the ruling class of both parties play along all in of this — it’s insulting. I don’t know how else to describe it.”
Politoc News added that Limbaugh thinks nothing will “ever change” under Obama, and that he is using “fear” to get the public to do what he wants in the presidency.
