Kwanzaa: my part in its downfall

This year, writers as disparate as Ann Coulterand Reason's Michael Moynihanhave duly noted the apparent death of Kwanzaa, the fake "African" holiday invented by a violent racist 60s radical.

I'm proud to say that I played a role in Kwanzaa's evident demise. I've been writing about Kwanzaa for years; my anti-Kwanzaa column for Canada's largest daily paper was spiked -- my editor didn't have the guts to print it -- so I sold it to a conservative magazine and my career as a rightwing writer was launched.

I see the American Spectator has "disappeared" my nasty Kwanzaa poem from their site archives, but not the article they asked me to write about how the same poem got me banned by AOL. So not all conservatives are ready to spread the truth about Kwanzaa after all.

It's still celibrated in my little corner of the planet, I have no idea how a hoax could grow into a holiday. Oh well the left love to invent cultures to worship from afar.

Banned from AOL now that's impressive, not that they provide much service to it's users.

Kudos Kathy on having the backbone and integrity in printing the "real" stories. Judging by the responses to your posts it seems most people realize the truth for the most part despite the MSM attempt to "reeducate" us. Maybe like yourself people will start having the guts to say in public what so many believe and say in private. Keep up the good fight!

Read Proverbs 3:9 and celebrate the 'first fruits of the harvest' you have so much hate for the messenger that do not recognize the message.

The more idiotic notions that vanishes from that era, the better for mankind.
In the economicadjustment now upon us we will see a lot of roache's make away as the food supply such as identity politics die from lack of anger, which has turned to survival mode to keep what they have. I want to thank you Kathy for heaving them out of the beer gardens, into the back ally's of irrelevance.

I really don't think Kwanzaa ever took root in the imaginations of anyone outside of major urban areas. It was just a leftover fad of the 60s and 70s that was kept alive for a little while longer because there was a small amount of merchandise attached to it. Every year I noticed those Kwanzaa sections of the card rack get smaller and smaller. I never met a black person who even so much as mentioned it. Here in Florida most black people are Christian anyway, not whatever religion Marxist professors practice. It seemed to exist mostly so white liberals could have something else to be awkward and pretend-hip and to get those amazed looks from black people that are always misinterpreted as stunned realization of the goodwill of white liberals (when it is in fact stunned realization of just how dumb honkies can be).

Show the man some respect, some think that rapists deserve it.

the principal at my childrens school is still porud to say happy kwanzaa it should be like tortuous Kwanzaa or something.

Rest assured that the Kwanzaa stamps produced by the US Postal Service will linger for about a decade or more. Meanwhile, I can never find the Madonna and Child stamps that everyone loves.

Kwanzaa? that is the holiday created for African-Americans by the man who murdered and raped his way to prison? Then having been released to freedom is now a college professor?

So the man commits multiple violent crimes, spends his prison time building voodoo dolls out of his own feces, then sells those dolls to the Liberal establishment and is rewarded with a tenured professorship for his creativity?

America is truly a great country. Where else can such a person like this man who created Kwanzaa, "hoodwink" [that is the word, yes?] so many people and not be suitably punished for his behavior?

Some conservatives still recognize raw racism when it is encountered. Neocons are one thing, but it is really sad to watch what is happening to the Party of Lincoln . . . gone to the dark side and now in its death throes it seems.

  • Dirty Harry 3 years ago

Gnarly Erik: The Stalinist Left Liberals are the most racist political affiliation there is. Of course they are only singular in their hatred for being anti-white and anti-western culture. No the dark side is the damage these marxists have brought on our country with their destructive agendas of multiculturalism-affirmitive action-school integration etc.. How about third world cities(Detroit, New Orleans), horrendous drug and crime problems, public schools system that can't compete globally you name it. Oh lets not forget cities like Miami and alot of border cities in the southwest where english is a secondary language. So as long as whites are willing to denounce and demonize our own culture and praise all others we won't be racist right? Yeah right.
