Kristin Cavallari looked fitter than ever just three months after giving birth to her second child judging from an Instagram photo she posted Aug. 25.

Cavallari, who previously credited breastfeeding and a low-carb Paleo-style diet for her rapid 20-pound weight loss, looked gorgeous in a slim-fitting blue dress that accentuated her long, lean legs.

Cavallari is a self-professed health nut who watches every morsel she eats, Celebrity Health reported. “I’m a freak about what I put in my mouth,” Kristin told Access Hollywood. “I’m constantly reading labels and I don’t eat any toxic chemicals. I’m breast-feeding, which burns a ton of calories, and I can probably just thank my mama too.”

Breastfeeding can burn up to 500 calories a day. But Kristin's primary weight loss secret is a low carb, dairy-free Paleo diet that features healthy fats such as coconut oil and high-quality proteins such as grass-fed beef and bison.

"I don't eat any toxic chemicals and I try to eat organic as often as possible," the mom of two told E! "We eat a ton of veggies, chicken, grass-fed beef, bison and fish. We also love sweet potatoes and brown rice pasta. I love avocados with olive oil and sea salt and I put coconut oil in or on everything."

Cavallari said her breakfast is usually a smoothie, oatmeal or eggs, while lunch is a salad or turkey sandwich. Kristin snacks most afternoons, enjoying nuts with dried cherries, chips with hummus, or an apple with almond butter. She also tries to eat plenty of healthy Paleo-approved fats such as avocados, olive oil and coconut oil.

Cavallari also works out several days a week, lifting weights and doing Pilates. Kristin said she started working out just three weeks after her second son, Jaxon, was born (in May 2014). She exercises 30 to 45 minutes four to five days a week, focusing on toning her legs and butt.

It's not surprising Cavallari lost her baby weight in record time. In 2012, she regained her slim pre-pregnancy body just three months after giving birth to son Camden. The willowy 5-foot-6 blonde beauty previously revealed she's so obsessed with clean eating that she eats fast food just twice a year.
