Kristi Davis

Liston,

Thank you for your e-mail. As a judicial candidate, I am bound by certain ethical rules contained within the Code of Judicial Conduct. Rule 4.1 provides that judicial candidates shall not, in connection with cases, controversies, or issues that are likely to come before the court, make pledges, promises, or commitments that are inconsistent with the impartial performance of the adjudicative duties of judicial office. I regret that I cannot respond to your questionnaire because my responses might be perceived as undermining my independence and impartiality on those issues.

Sincerely,
Kristi Davis

Thanks for you response. Can you tell, do you have a Tennessee Handgun Carry Permit?
