Khloe Kardashian has been putting on a brave face throughout her divorce drama. Not only has she been filing for divorce after trying to save her marriage for months, but she is also dealing with the fact that her two older sisters are having children and moving on in strong relationships - something Khloe always wanted for herself. She has been sharing her thoughts and her journey on Instagram and this week, she shared something interesting. According to a new Hollywood Life report published on Feb. 19, Khloe Kardashian has been going through a tough year and she is admitting that it is alright to cry and be sad.

“Don’t forget that you’re human. It’s okay to have a melt down. Just don’t unpack and live there. Cry it out and then refocus on where you are headed,” the post reads. Of course, she wanted to make the marriage work, but it appears that she was the only one who wanted it. Lamar Odom has not expressed sadness or regret over Khloe’s decision to file for divorce.

Instead, he has been looking into career opportunities abroad without consulting her about it prior to her filing for divorce just before Christmas. After she filed, she shared various messages about Lamar Odom, including, “They want to see you do good, but never better than them. Remember that.”

What do you think of Khloe’s message that it is alright to cry?
