Ke$ha in rehab for bulimia: Music producer called her a fat refrigerator

Ke$ha has entered a 30-day rehab facility to get treated for the eating disorder bulimia.

"I'm a crusader for being yourself and loving yourself but I've found it hard to practice," Ke$ha, 26, told People.

"I'll be unavailable for the next 30 days, seeking treatment for my eating disorder ... to learn to love myself again. Exactly as I am."

Ke$ha is being treated at Timberline Knolls near Chicago, the same rehab center Demi Lovato went to three years ago to treat her bulimia, anorexia, and drug addiction.

Ke$ha reportedly told friends that her eating disorder was caused by her music producer, Dr. Luke, who called her a fat "f**king refrigerator," said TMZ. Sources said Dr. Luke has been fat-shaming Ke$ha since 2011, and has repeatedly made comments about her weight.

Kesha's mom, Pebe Sebert, confirmed that Dr. Luke's fat-shaming comments drove her to bulimia. Ke$ha, a vegetarian, made headlines in 2012 after showing off her dramatic weight loss.

The "Warrior" singer recently claimed her weight loss was due to lots of exercise and a healthy, portion-controlled diet. Ke$ha also said she works out almost every day, doing yoga, running, hiking, cycling, swimming and rock-climbing.

Ke$ha raised eyebrows recently for her increasingly skinnier frame, fueling speculation about that she may be suffering from anorexia, bulimia or is abusing drugs and alcohol.

She has vehemently denied the drug rumors. "I’m not an idiot," she said. "I don’t do drugs and don’t push the limits of partying to the point of dying or injury.”

Update: Ke$ha's mom: Kesha is bulimic, may extend stay in rehab
