A new controversy is brewing after a German, tabloid published pictures of Kate Middleton’s bare butt. Photos, such as these, are often referred to as “up skirt” and are highly controversial. The Bild magazine published the photos in a series of posterior shots that included Kim and Khloe Kardashian. While the Kardashian girls wore pants in their photos, the disturbing images of Kate Middleton show her bare behind.
This isn’t the first time Middleton dealt with scandalous photos captured of her in unclothed situations. The Duchess was photographed topless in 2012, after sunbathing topless while vacationing in France. The magazine Closer published those photos, much to Middleton’s dismay. A legal battle ensued over the photos. At this time, it is unclear whether legal action will be taken against Bild.

What do you think about tabloid magazines publishing photos like this? Do you think it is fair game as celebrities and royals are in the public light, therefore any unfortunate wind drafts caught on camera should be publicized?
Should Bild face legal action for publishing the photos?
