Pregnant Kim Kardashian is trimming down her assets prior to the arrival of her baby with Kanye West. According to a Feb. 16 Inquisitr report, the E! reality television star has sold the 4,000 square-foot Beverly Hills home she shared with ex-husband Kris Humphries.
Real estate website Trulia writes, “Kim has very quietly transferred ownership of the five-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom, 4,000 square-foot gated estate to an undisclosed buyer for an undisclosed price.”
It continues with a description of the home, “Kim’s newly-sold home is a gated, Tuscan-style estate. It is exquisitely designed and crafted with detail ironwork, dark hardwood floors and French doors. Aside from the five-bedrooms, the home also has a media room. Outside, a resort-like yard has pool, spa, waterfall, outdoor living room and dining room.”
E! News reports that Kardashian was asking for about $5 million for the home, after paying $3.4 million for it in 2010, adding that both Kardashian and West listed their homes for sale not long after they began dating.
The couple is not homeless though. They recently purchased an $11 million Mediterranean-style mansion in Bel Air, featuring five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The couple are reportedly gutting the property to make it even larger.
