Jennifer Aniston is reportedly three months pregnant with her first child after getting in-vitro fertilization.

“Buzz in Jen’s inner circle is that she’s nearly three months along but doesn’t want the news to come out until she knows for sure that the baby will be okay,” a source told OK!

According to the insider, Aniston had her eggs frozen and started getting IVF treatments about six months after she started dating fiance Justin Theroux (in 2012). At 45, Jennifer was aware that she needed help with her pregnancy. According to the Mayo Clinic, the chances of a woman getting pregnant after age 35 drops significantly.

The pregnancy rumors went into high gear after Aniston showed off what appeared to be a baby bump at the Aug. 27 premiere of her new film, "Life of Crime."

In the photos, Jennifer's tummy looks round under her loose-fitting metallic dress. However, her rep said she is not pregnant. Even if she were, it's common for celebrities to deny pregnancy until they're ready to go public with the news.

Aniston has been the target of pregnancy rumors numerous times over the years, and commented with frustration that every time she gains a few pounds, they start up again. Jennifer recently said she's happy being child free right now and is annoyed that she's seen as less of a woman because she's not a mother.

"I don't have this sort of checklist of things that have to be done, and if they're not checked, then I've failed some part of my feminism or my value as a woman because I haven't birthed a child," said Aniston. "I've birthed a lot of things, and I feel like I've mothered many things. And I don't feel it's fair to put that pressure on people."

Aniston echoed the sentiments of fellow 40-something beauty, Cameron Diaz, who has never been married or had children. Diaz said she is happy being child free at 41 and said she doesn't envy her friends who have kids. Like Cameron, Aniston said she's embracing this part of her life and feels fulfilled by her work, friendships and relationship with Justin Theroux.

The 5-foot-5 Aniston is in fantastic shape, but recently said she wants to lose five pounds to reach her ideal weight of 110 to 113 pounds. Jennifer is reportedly dieting and working out rigorously to get in shape before her upcoming wedding.

Aniston previously credited a low carb diet and yoga for her age-defying beauty. Jennifer has been a yoga devotee for more than 20 years, saying the meditative practice gives her lean muscles and quiets her mind. "My ultimate stress reliever is exercise!" she said. "If yoga didn't exist, I'd invent it."
