Jennifer Aniston looks amazing and feels unstoppable, and is annoyed by society's preoccupation with age.

“Your age always has to be mentioned, and men don’t really get that for some reason," Aniston told WWD. "Women and men today in their 40s are so much healthier than they were 30 years ago. It was a different time."

Jennifer, a longtime workout fanatic, said people today are much more savvy about the anti-aging effects of a healthy diet and regular exercise.

"We know how to take care ourselves. We know what to put in our bodies to fuel us that’s healthy and organic and not processed, and the importance of drinking water and cutting out sugars and bad fats. Before, we just didn’t know that, and we didn’t have the technology with skin care that we have today.”

Aniston, a rep for Aveeno skincare products, said her beauty secrets include daily cleansing, moisturizer and sunscreen. "My post-workout beauty ritual is wiping my skin," she said. "I always use Aveeno Ultra Calming Wipes."

She maintains her age-defying beauty by following a low-carb diet and working out almost every day. Jennifer has been doing yoga for 20 years, saying the meditative practice tones her body and calms her mind. "If yoga didn't exist, I'd invent it," she said.

Aniston does yoga three days a week with her longtime friend and yoga teacher, Mandy Ingber. Mandy told me she and Jennifer combine cardio and toning exercises into their workouts.

"We incorporate cardio and toners into the yoga sessions, much like I do in my Yogalosophy DVD," said Ingber. "We meet up about three times a week, and our sessions are 60 to 90 minutes."

When asked what her weirdest beauty regimen was, Aniston laughs. "The closest I'll ever go is a Derma roller," she said. "Google it — it's great. It's like a little wheel that has little pins, like acupuncture needles in a way, and you roll it and it stimulates your collagen and it also allows for your products to seep into your skin."

Thanks to her lifetime dedication to health and fitness, Jennifer looks and feels incredible, and doesn't dread getting older. She said she didn't view her 45th birthday as more of a milestone than any other age. "I really try not to focus on it too much," she said. "Society focuses on it way more than we need to."
