It's been nearly a decade since Jennifer Aniston played the role she's most known for, Rachel Green in Friends, but she was finally awarded a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Wednesday, according to ABC News Radio.
Her Wanderlust co-stars Malin Akerman and Justin Theroux, her father John Aniston, and her former co-star Adam Sandler were all at the ceremony. Sandler spoke to the crowd, making sure to get in a few jokes, including a jab about her starring role in the '90s horror flick Leprechaun (probably not Aniston's finest career moment).
[Jennifer] prayed for three things: to have everyone in the entire world be fascinated with her haircuts, to one day star in a movie about an evil leprechaun who kills people, and most importantly, receive a star on the prestigious Hollywood Walk of Fame.
It seems that Adam probably isn't that far off. Aniston said that she never thought the day when she was featured on the famous Walk of Fame would actually arrive, but it really did happen. You can find her star at the famous corner of Hollywood and Vine. (Check out the photos to the left!)
You can see Aniston and her boyfriend Theroux, along with Paul Rudd, in Wanderlust, opening in Houston theaters and nationwide this weekend.
