Jennifer Aniston has a slammin' bikini body, but she works very hard to maintain it.

Interestingly, Aniston, 41, ate the same salad for lunch every day for 10 years! At least that's what longtime friend and co-star Courtney Cox says.

SAME LUNCH FOR A DECADE

"Jennifer and Lisa [Kudrow] and I ate lunch together every single day for 10 years," Cox, 46 told the L.A. Times June 9. "And we always had the same thing: a Cobb salad."

But Jennifer, who was heavier during her Friends days than she is now, modified her salad to make it more substantial.

"It was a Cobb salad that Jennifer doctored up with turkey bacon and garbanzo beans," Courtney recalls. "She just has a way with food, which really helps. Because if you're going to eat the same salad every day for 10 years, it'd better be a good salad, right?"

JEN WAS 30 POUNDS HEAVIER IN HER TWENTIES

Over the years, Aniston has gotten fitter and sleeker, thanks to daily Pilates and yoga workouts and a healthy diet. Her one bad habit is smoking, which Jennifer has been doing for decades. "I eat really well and I work out, but I also indulge when I want to,"she says.

In her early twenties, Aniston was about 30 pounds heavier than she is now, but slimmed down on the advice of her agent, and her career has taken off ever since. Jennifer, who loves doing yoga,

The svelete Aniston credits yoga for toning her muscles, lengthened her limbs and improved her posture. "My legs got leaner," she told UK Harper's Bazaar. "My arms got strong."

After a sweaty two-hour yoga workout, Aniston finishes off by doing 20 minutes of cardio interval training on the elliptical trainer or treadmill (she usually runs 5.7 mph at 1.5 incline).

'STOP EATING SH*T'

While actresses in Hollywood flock to their plastic surgeon's offices to get Botox injections, face lifts and other procedures to hang on to their fleeting youth, Aniston prefers a more relaxed approach.

“I could do it, and I mean these lines are getting deeper every day, but when I tell you what’s happened to me – these lines are just about living," she says. "I eat really well and I work out, but I also indulge when I want to. I don’t starve myself in an extremist way. My advice: just stop eating sh*t every day.”

Jennifer, who has had two nose jobs, says she's more at peace with her looks than ever before. “I feel more comfortable today than I ever did in my 20s or early 30s," she says. "I’m healthier. I’m more at peace in my mind and with my body. I'm startin' to live. It's good!"  [see photo slideshow below]Jennifer Aniston Courtney Cox diet workout exercise Cobb salad

'FRIENDS' MOVIE UNLIKELY

Meanwhile, Courtney has put to rest rumors that a Friends movie could be in the works, adding she's jealous of the Sex and the City gals, who have a second film out this summer and are already talking about a third installment.

"I wish we could do that with 'Friends [make a big-screen film]'" Cox says. "The thing is, the characters from Sex and the City hopped all over Manhattan. On Friends, we were always stuck in the apartment and that coffeehouse."

Adds Courtney: "I don't think it's going to happen. A lot of things would have to break just right for it to work. But we've daydreamed about it."
