Jenelle Evans and Courtland Rogers are finally free to divorce each other. On April 3, Hollywood Life shared the news about the fact that she will be a free woman soon. They have been legally separated for a year, but now they can actually get a divorce.

In the state of North Carolina, you are legally required to be legally separated from your spouse for a year before you can get a divorce. So now it is time for her to get a divorce from Courtland. A judge told her to stay away from him and she has been doing that and now it is time to really move on with her life.

Jenelle Evans can file for divorce in 20 days and it will probably happen. She now has a new boyfriend and has moved on from him. The last thing to do is actually get a divorce and move on. The star of "Teen Mom 2" is really ready to get on with her life.
