Renowned web design expert, author, and trainer Janine Warner will present "CSS Crash Course: From the basics to the latest in CSS3" for the Adobe user group Los Angeles Web Professionals July meeting. This not-to-be-missed, free of charge event will be held on Thursday, July 14th from 6:15 pm to 8:50 pm at Working Village in Santa Monica.

For everyone from beginners to more advanced users, Janine's will provide step-by-step training on Cascading Style Sheet basics as well as on the most recent CSS3 techniques. Janine will discuss the new exciting features of CSS3 including embedding fonts, creating rounded corners, and producing drop shadows. These CSS techniques can be used with any of your favorite web tools such as Dreamweaver and WordPress.

An internationally acclaimed web design expert and best-selling author, Janine provides her training and consulting services around the world. Since the mid-1990s, she has written prolifically, publishing more than a dozen books about the internet including iPhone and iPad Web Design For Dummies, Mobile Web Design for Dummies, Web Sites Do-It-Yourself for Dummies, and Dreamweaver For Dummies. An award-winning journalist, she has written numerous articles and columns for several publications including The Miami Herald, Shape Magazine, Point Reyes Light Newspaper, and Layers Magazine.
