Is Modern Science the Logical way to look at the world? (part 1 of 2)
When one travels through Little Rock Ar and note some of the well known houses of worship; Diocese of LR , The Church at Rock Creek, Pleasant Valley Church of Christ, Baha’i Faith, The Church of God state office. Most of these and many others use to be my clients for whom I supplied mailing and shipping equipment. I got to know many of the leaders and others who served to support these and other organizations.
Dispite the differences in doctrine I met a lot of good and devoted people. They were not illogical boobs who were still living educationally in the dark ages. Yet the whole foundation of what they will tell you is the truth hang not on just having a philosophy. There must be a creator God or their faith is vain.
Like most other people who live in the Rock, they send their children to schools that teach that the world in some fashion has brought itself and all that we see into being by the chance cirsumstances proclaimed by evolutionary theory. This brings to the fore the main point of this article. Which view best fit real observation.
It is my logical observation, as a lover of observable science from my youth, that a large portion of the so-called scientific community is really a religious community who believe what they hold, on this matter, only by faith. The rest is simply brainwashing.
I find the brainwashing, even among some educated Americans, simply astonishing. Especially when I see many professing Christians who should have learned to prove all things by logic and correct information, buy into the Idea that Macro Evolution is fact.
I majored in Physics in college. I found it easy to defeat my professors concerning Design and evolutionary questions.
There are two dirty little secrets that most have had brainwashed into them over the years,erroneously. Here are those dirty secrets:
1. Modern Science (Which is not science, but a faith) cannot answer
anything as it relates to first beginnings. This is not the science of Sir Issac Newton, who along with Einstein is mentioned as the greatest Scientist that ever lived. Today's science LIMITS the arena of ideas into a narrow one based upon STUFF.
One can learn certain LAWS and associations from STUFF and all that is allowed is what comes from stuff. Let's put it simply, without STUFF, there is no science. So, by its very nature it CANNOT speak about a time before stuff.
