Human Target

“I’m not a criminal. I’m not a terrorist. I’ve been charged with no crime, nor am I connected to anyone who is, to my knowledge,” says Robert Wood, target of a covert domestic terrorism "surveillance" operation involving Cointelpro of yesteryear tactics, but more sophisticated with more advanced weapons applied according to increasing reports to the author.

“Covert crimes are being committed against innocent and virtually defenseless Americans and citizens of other countries. I’m one of them,” Wood explains, to anyone who will listen.
 
According to Wood, these secret spying crimes unleashed during the Bush administration follow a pattern based on advanced surveillance technology. Once a target is chosen, he or she is “put under covert surveillance in their residence, car, place of employment and anywhere else“ says Wood.

Using large populations of Citizen informants, governments have been able to track, monitor, harass entire populations as a system of control in Nazi Germany, Russia and other countries. "These systems have emerged in 'democratic' countries." (See: Targeted Individuals)

As hundreds of targets reportedly learn first-hand, information about them is gained by surveillance in various ways: illegally going through their homes, journals, diary, personal papers, cyber-stalking, mail tampering and interrogating friends, relatives, employers, and other ways.

Then begins what Wood calls "a campaign of terror and assaults," from extremist stalking, to classic Cointelpro operations, to Directed Energy Weapons (DEW) assaults. The operation neutralizes the target, as Cointelpro of yesteryear achieved, ruining the target’s life, usually through loss of career, often institutionalization, and sometimes death.

Wood says, “Considering severity of these crimes, it's a wonder anyone survives at all. There is almost complete secrecy surrounding this horrendous situation.”
 
“There’s information about these crimes on the Internet. Many of these tactics are documented in government records, such as Cointelpro, Mk Ultra and many others. There is ample documentation regarding the advanced technology including Directed Energy Weapons and their patents. These are a standard part of the military arsenal and are advancing all the time.”
 
These tactics are used on targets, anyone put on the list to silence them, many unaware that the source of their continued "bad luck" is their own government deliberately ruining their lives, as exposed in the Congressional Church Committee Cointelpro investigations that shocked the nation in the 70's.

First signs on hit-list
 
“My story starts about ten years ago, though at the time I had no idea what was happening or what I was in for,” explained Wood.
 
“I started noticing signs that someone had been entering my truck, leaving something inside the cab. Obviously the perpetrators wanted me to know they’d payed me a visit.
 
“I remember feeling angry, violated and fearful, but at the time didn't think too much of it.
 
“Then I started noticing usually the same objects left around and inside my truck wherever I went. This increased until such objects were left everywhere I went and around my home.”
 
Wood recalls, “I was becoming alarmed. Something was definitely going on. Then about eight years ago, stalking increased dramatically. That’s when my residence was electronically bugged or I was put under audio and visual surveillance inside my home.
 
“I started noticing strange things inside my home, personal things showing signs of having been gone through by someone. My books, personal papers, journals etc. had pages folded, were marked in various places or in some cases, missing - keys, things from my wallet, etcetera."

Wood then describes experiencing gaslighting. “Various items were moved” from place to place.

“I talked to the people I was living with, but no one knew anything about it."
 
Wood says that anything he did inside his home was subject to feedback soon after he left home or later, another oddity targets consistently report experiencing, often multiple times a day.
 
“It was negatively impacting me mentally, emotionally, psychically, spiritually and physically. I was getting sick at times. No one I talked could offer an explanation or help.

Tactics
 
“I can’t go into all the tactics of the operations. There are too many. I’ve been tortured with almost all the classic tactics plus a few,” stated Wood, adding that “for the sake of brevity,” he’d list some tactics:
 

• Twenty-four-hours, seven-days-a-week surveillance, including in my home and then, feedback from that surveillance.
• Found Global-Positioning-System (GPS) on my vehicle.
• Followed, watched and harassed everywhere, including nine states.
• Home and car illegally entered and items moved, marked, broken or stolen or left.  
• Telephone Communication Interference/Harassment: Phone tapped and cell-phone hacked. Many harassing calls.
• Outgoing and incoming mail tampered.
• Email and Internet interference.
• Car vandalism: Water removed from radiator, gas removed from gas tank, bulbs removed, tires slashed and various other things.
• Feedback: Constitutes in a plethora of ways of letting me know I am being watched. Anything I do anywhere, including in my home, is subject to feedback.
• Directed-Conversation: Feedback where people talk about your personal business (knowledge gained through covert criminal surveillance) aloud in public places near you, like stores, gas stations or anywhere else. 
•  Street-Theater: This has been used extensively by my stalkers. It involves setting up or staging various situations [skits] including, but not limited to vehicle accidents or potential accidents. These involve all sorts of  possible scenarios occurring regularly such as vehicles coming at me the wrong way on a one-way street many times, vehicles trying to run me off the road many times, staged potential accidents where I had to take quick-action to avoid contact/crash many times . (And lots of other incidents too numerous to mention here. I can't even remember them all. It was happening on an almost daily basis, very stressful.)
• Various other Psychological Warfare Operations (Psyops): I have had many other psyops used against me daily... extensive and multiple times a day.

Like other targets of this program when trying to explain the wide variety of ongoing assaults, Wood says, “This is not a complete list."

"Gossip, lies, and slander are often used to destroy targets. This is done at work, school and in the community." (Targeted Individuals website)

“There was at least a two-year period where I got little or no sleep. Sleeping is still a problem."
 
The basic formula most targets report includes: being kept under surveillance, harassed, assaulted, abused and “even killed in ways only limited by imagination and technology, and there is virtually nothing the target can do about it.”

Wood alleges government involvement, as many targets and some ethical professionals recognize, one reason being that systematically, police and FBI and do not help protect or serve victims of this crime.

DOJ and Department of Health Collusion

“I’ve gone to the police. They have been no help whatsoever. Since these operations are perpetrated by the government, police are involved. They may not perform all the deeds or tactics, but they are at least partly responsible. And they get many others to cooperate. That’s how these operations function.”

Wood reports the same gaslighting white coat ploy that whistleblowers such as some Whistleblowing Airline Employee Association members report. Hundreds of targets have provided written statement that when they complained to appropriate authorities, they were labelled "mentally-ill" or worse.

“Police do everything in their power to try to discredit targets and try to provide evidence that the target is mentally ill.”                                                 

“Effects of this type of treatment are devastating,” says Wood. “Ones nervous system is harmed from the tremendous stress.  One loses trust in almost everyone.”
 
“I’m now afraid to put certain items down or leave them for fear they’ll disappear since this has happened so many times before," stated Wood who now keeps extra keys on his possession and padlocks his car and residence.
 
“I left my job because at the time, I didn’t know what was going on. It’s only the last three years that I found websites that expose these atrocities and I’m now in touch with other targets.

Isolation

Perhaps the toughest emotional struggles of being a target is loneliness, being isolated as hundreds of people reporting this phenomenon in the U.S. and thousands globally.

Wood says, “I dealt with this situation alone, not knowing what was going on for about six years. Damage was done.
 
“The operation cost my family and me at least tens of thousands of dollars. I have had various physical ailments from being a target.
 
“I’m treated like an animal or insect in a science experiment, not human.  I have not had a day off in over eight years. Every area of my life has been and is affected. I live an Orwellian existence - in the United States of America.                                 
 
“Thanks to the Internet and contacts with other target/victims, I've been able to put some of the pieces of this nightmarish puzzle together and put a face on this otherwise faceless monster. I’m not alone, not by a long shot.'
 
Wood believes many targets are being harder hit than he is, explaining, "“Many are assaulted with Directed Energy Weapons. I don't believe I am, but it is possible I'm being hit with ELF [extremely low frequency] microwave or RFR [radio frequency radiation] waves, all part of the weaponized electromagnetic spectrum.
 
“All this deceit-based criminality is done covertly, remotely, behind the targets’ back, when away from home or from a distance. The target is basically helpless and defenseless."

Treason and COG

“If these same tactics were used on a foreign citizen, they would be an "act- of-war." As is, it is treason. It is one or the other.
 
“People need to be informed about it and it must be stopped. It can and will happen to you or a loved one if something is not done to stop it now,” he pleaded.

Not one established U.S. agency advocates for these self-identified targets that report too consistently for continued dismissal.

Instead, agencies have fallen in line with Continuity of Government (COG) and now, EO 13528 that "is only the latest iteration of plans to expand the National Security State's writ” and the decades-old “COG programs kept secret from Congress and the American people.” (Tom Burghardt, Big Brother: Obama Calls for the Integration of State and Federal Military Forces, Executive Order Seeks to "Synchronize and Integrate," Global Research)

To Burghardt asserts, “Derided by neocons, neoliberals and other corporatists as a quaint backwater for 'conspiracy theorists' railing against 'FEMA concentration camps,' Continuity of Government, and the nexus of 'civil support' programs that have proliferated like noxious weeds are no laughing matter."

Wood states, “All this is nothing short of what happened in Nazi Germany before and during World War II and Stalin's Soviet Union and other authoritarian or totalitarian regimes. Only in the year 2010, it’s done much more effectively because of advanced technology.”
