The collection is inspired by the nature and surrealistic style of artist duo Les Lalanne known foo their panache of mixing reality with the imagination. The color palette of the collection is dark and solemn with black dominating the landscape. Stunning details of beading and studs on jacquard and leather give the hint of dark glamour to a rather tough and defiant collection. The lines are sleek, the cut severe but the fit of the dresses is feminine and form fitting.
The signature Herve Leger bandage details were prevalent in most of the looks in their collection - from applique bandage crop top to the jacquard bandage zip-front dress. he fox fur sweatshirts and hoodies, leather harnesses, embossed snake leather sleek clutches and bandage leggings were underscore the urban edge of Herve Leger Fall 2013 collection. We can easily imagine Coco Rocha and Petra Nemcova (both were in the front row at the show) wearing a piece from this collection
