The Halo 4 Limited Edition was announced back in May but Microsoft left out details on some of the exclusive digital content that would be available to download from Xbox LIVE. That exclusive content was officially revealed on Wednesday for those willing to shell out a $100 on the more expensive version of the Xbox 360 shooter.
When you purchase the Halo 4 Limited Edition you'll receive the following in-game and Xbox LIVE digital content.
- Spartan-IV “Recruit” In-Game Armor
- Spartan-IV “Prime” In-Game Armor Skin
- Assault Rifle “Prime” In-Game Weapon Skin
- “Prime” In-Game Emblem
- Xbox LIVE Avatar “Recruit” Armor
- Cryo-Tube Xbox LIVE Avatar Prop
That is on top of previously announced items in the Limited Edition such as the War Games Map Pass that gives access to the three future multiplayer DLC packs; six Specializations that will be unavailable when Halo 4 launches on November 6; and the UNSC Infinity Briefing Packet that comes with an armor customization schematic, a blueprint of the Infinity and "insight into what it means to be one of humanity’s finest warriors: the Spartan-IVs."
