It seems that there has been a stream of rumors circulating about the release date for “GTA 5” as of late, with many pointing to this title being released towards the end of March. Currently, the only type of confirmation for the release of “GTA 5” that has been given by Rockstar Games is that the game will be released sometime during the spring of 2013.
Today, a new piece of information suggests that “GTA 5” will be released on March 24, 2013. This information comes from a report by iDigitalTimes, as they have discovered a notification that is being sent to consumers that pre-ordered "GTA 5" from Microsoft.
As with anything of this nature, readers should take this with a grain of salt. With a date set for March 24, it is very unlikely that this information has any validity. Seeing that the date of March 24 lands on a Sunday, it is very unlikely that this title would be released on this date.
