‘God of War: Ascension’ pre-order deal upgraded by Amazon with $10 credit (Photos)

Amazon today upgraded their pre-order deal for the upcoming Playstation 3 exclusive title, “God of War: Ascension.” The online retailer is now offering a $10 promotional credit to go along with the previously-announced Mythological Heroes Multiplayer Pack bonus. The credit can be used for items that are sold and shipped by Amazon.com. Follow in the footsteps of some of ancient Greece's greatest mythological heroes in the new God of War: Ascension multiplayer mode. “God of War: Ascension” is the latest video game in the “God of War” series. The sequel is being developed by Sony Computer Entertainment Santa Monica Studio and will be published by Sony Computer Entertainment. The story is set before the events of the original “God of War” while improved combat mechanics and multiplayer segments were added.

“God of War: Ascension” will be released exclusively for the Playstation 3 console in North America on March 12, 2013.
