To put this car in perspective, it recently set the street class record at Buttonwillow Raceway with a blistering time of 1:53. Anything under 2 minutes is an accomplishment and is wicked fast. Evasive Motorsports said it best on their blog when they said,

“It’s been featured in both Super Street and Honda Tuning magazines. The car is immaculate, clean title, registered, and has only 30,822 miles. The parts alone retail at over $60,000, and doesn’t include the countless time of labor, research and development that has been put into the vehicle. Bluebook value of this 2006 s2000 is roughly $22,000.”

To give you an idea of the caliber of parts that are on this S2000 consider this. The Rear spoiler made by Voltex retails for close to $3000. The HKS Supercharger brand new cost a cool $6500.And the Tein suspension comes in at a whopping $4500. It’s safe to say that Evasive Motorsports spared no expense when putting together this track monster.

As it stands, this time attack Honda S2000 makes close to 345 wheel horsepower. Anyone who knows anything about Honda S2000’s know how much of a challenge it is to wring out another 100+ hp out just 2.2 liters, especially in such a high compression natural aspirated engine the Honda S2000 already has.

In these tough economic times, it seems no one is immune to the ups and downs of the economy, and for Evasive Motorsports, this seems to be the case. Whomever gets this car will be getting a piece of Honda tuning history and will make a very capable and competitive track car whomever lays down the cash.
