Friday night on Coast to Coast AM Radio, George Noory's guest was Dr. Roger Leir and the topic of discussion was alien implants. Leir, of A & S Research and the author of “The Aliens and the Scalpel”, is a surgeon and has removed what he believes are alien implants from 16 subjects who claim to be victims of alien abductions.
So far, Leir has operated on 16 patients and removed 17 foreign objects from various parts of their body. All but one of these objects he believes have some scientific interest.
After researching these objects, Leir believes they are extremely advanced electronic communication devices that are relaying information having to do with the functions of the human body. While he hasn't been able to decipher the information that's being transmitted, Leir states that he believes these objects are transmitters because a number of them are putting out radio waves.
One of the devices was broadcasting on a deep space mobile communication frequency which. Leir admits that an advanced civilization certainly wouldn't be using something as mundane as radio waves to communicate and he thinks that someone else may be piggy-backing these transmissions.
Leir says the objects are usually found superficially in the body, but near a bone. In an arm, in the jaw, in the foot, etc. There are no visible signs of entry. One subject had a couple of blood spots on his toe but they disappeared, with no remaining signs, after a couple of days.
How are these devices inserted in people? Abductees report aliens have a device with a long tube and a needle with a fiber optic going down the center. The devices are then activated by ultra-violet light according to many abductee reports.
Leir reports that these objects often move under the skin when he's trying to remove them. The movement can not be attributed to his surgical instruments which are stainless steel and non-magnetic.
When asked what governments might be aware of these devices and the fact that they're transmitting information to someone somewhere, Leir stated that he believes this knowledge is now completely out of the hands of governments and entirely in the hands of multi-national industries.
George asked Leir what he thinks we can learn from these implants and Leir said, “I believe that one of the salvations of the world is coming from without, not from within. We're on the brink of something.”
Why implant human beings? Koontz believes they're gathering intelligence on our people and planet. He also believes that they're working to hybridize the human race, claiming that our children born within the last 50 to 75 years are not the same as previous generations. They have accelerated walking, speech, and motor skills, etc. They're getting knowledge from some other source than their parents, TV, the internet, books. He also says that it looks like there's a certain amount of them where they are doing some genetic engineering or DNA research.
Leir states that there may be numerous advanced entities visiting this planet and they may have different agendas. For example, some of them may be studying us for the purpose of hybridization and some of them may be tracking us for the purpose of repopulating this or other planets. He believes that these objects have been implanted in people who have been the victims of alien abductions and that they are for the benefit of mankind.
