Dr. Mehmet Oz reveals his flat belly secrets and fattening guilty pleasures

If you're among the many fans of Dr. Mehmet Oz's talk show, you may have noticed how the man dubbed "America's doctor" by Oprah Winfrey loves fitness segments. He pops into his workout clothes, shows off his buff biceps and energetically exercises with superstar trainers such as Jillian Michaels. Given that he's all over the chocolate-covered nuts, just how does this fit physician maintain that flat belly? Turning to exercise, not chocolate, when he's stressed, Dr. Oz revealed to iVillage. "When I feel the stress in my life, I'll usually work out." And it doesn't have to be time-consuming. Dr. Oz has previously said that he performs yoga regularly, and when it comes to releasing stress, "I'm talking about simple things like stretching." So to work off those chocolate-covered nuts, we tried out a few fitness DVDs and recommend these for duplicating Dr. Oz's stress "prescription:"
