DNC chair says she admires Communist Party-backed Occupy Wall Street

Debbie Wasserman Schultz, the chair of the Democratic National Committee said Tuesday that she admires the Occupy Wall Street protests.

Since the protests began in med-September, they have been endorsed by Communists, Nazis and Islamists worldwide.  Noted anti-semite David Duke has endorsed the protest, along with the Ayatollah Khameini.

"Quite frankly, I admire the organization they've built up," she told Morning Joe host Joe Scarborough, adding that the protests are a reflection of the frustration that has built up in the country.

The Tea Party was also started out of frustration with government spending and over-reach, but Wasserman Schultz has yet to acknowledge their right to be frustrated.

Politico reported that when pressed on whether she would meet with the protesters, she responded: “I probably won’t have a chance to talk to them while I’m here but I have talked to Occupy Wall Street folks over the last few months, I’ve been publicly supportive of them. I think that they are well within their rights to be frustrated.”

Wasserman Schultz was brought in to comment on the Republican caucus in Iowa.

Politico adds:

The DNC chairwoman insisted that even though protesters have staged demonstrations and expressed frustration about Democrats in Des Moines this week — by protesting at a Democratic “war room” — they were “for the most part” riled up about the GOP candidates, and defended President Barack Obama’s support of the middle class.

“Let’s look at the contrast here. We’re talking about a Republican Party who had been the champions of not the working family, not the middle class but of the wealthiest, most fortunate Americans,” Wasserman Schultz said.

A number of Democrats, including Wasserman Schultz and former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi have eagerly embraced the violent, anti-capitalist movement.

Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) dismissed the violent nature of the protests, saying the crime that has become the legacy of Occupy Wall Street is "life" that "happens."

President Obama told a group of Occupy hecklers in New Hampshire they were the reason he ran for office to begin with.

One of the individuals Wasserman Schultz admires so much exposed himself at a so-called "family-friendly" potluck, and another stabbed a New York police officer in the hand over the New Years weekend.

As of January 2, 2012, 5,837 documented arrests have been made in conjunction with Wasserman Schultz's beloved Occupy Wall Street for a variety of crimes including rape, arson, assault and vandalism.

The protests she and her fellow Democrats support have cost businesses millions of dollars in lost revenue and millions of dollars in property damage.

Of course, that does not include the numerous accounts of public defecation and lewd behavior.

Observing that Democrats recently canceled a meeting with the protesters, a post at Say Anything Blogs noted:

I don’t blame her. I wouldn’t want to be in the same room with representatives of a movement made more famous for rapes, violent attacks on cops and public defecation than any sort of a coherent political message.
