The High Energy Laser Joint Technology Office is co-sponsoring the 2010 Directed Energy Professional Society Directed Energy Symposium April 12-16 in Monterrey, California. Only some of the symposium will be held in secret according to the society's website.
"The Directed Energy Professional Society (DEPS) fosters research and development in directed energy (DE), including high energy laser (HEL) and high power microwave (HPM) technologies, for national defense and civilian applications through professional communication and education." (DEPS website)
All weapons must be tested on human subjects before wider application. Historically, dissenters and society's most vulnerable have been used as human test subjects, usually unknowingly.
Such non-consensual human experiment test subjects have included the poor, imprisoned, hospitalized, those confined to the military, and the most vulnerble of all, children.
The Society advocates DE programs, DEPS, and other DE organizations.
DE Systems Symposium 2010
The Directed Energy (DE) Systems Symposium focuses on systems aspects of DE in a limited-attendance environment. The Fifth DE Systems Symposium consists of co-located technical sessions organized by six separate conferences, with joint technical and plenary sessions to encourage discussion outside narrow technical limits," according to the society's website.
This year’s symposium objective is to provide a forum for interchanging ideas and focus on near term demonstrations of DE technology. Previous Symposia were also held in Monterey. (See previous symposium agenda below)

According to the society's website, "portions of the Symposium will be conducted at the SECRET level," and all sessions are "limited to U.S. citizens with security clearances and employees of the U.S. Government or its contractors.

Gregory, have you listened in on conference call by Freedom from Covert harrassment and surveillance on talkshoe.com. There are thousands if American being attacked via pulsed and directed energy. I am attacked all the time as well. Go to www.ffchs.com website. There is a schedule of conference calls. Going to the police won't help, they'll just refer you to the mental health unit.
Connect with other like yourself. The conference calls are a good way to ask questions. No one knows for sure who the perpetrators are but they are probably using satellite enabled technology to listen in on phones and be able to follow you around. They are also most probably using devices on the ground as well in order to be able to direct this focused electrical type energy at various parts of the body.
