A cryptic assassination directive found in a leaked document allegedly drafted by the Director of the CIA (DCI) was in response to President Kennedy’s inquiries into covert activities of the MJ-12 Special Studies Project. The document reveals that the DCI, at the time of its drafting, was also the head (MJ-1) of a covert group in charge of the highly classified MJ-12 Project. The document contained eight directives describing future MJ-12 policies. The first directive prevented access by the President, his National Security Council staff and Joint Chiefs of Staff to information concerning UFOs. The alleged assassination directive was the eighth directive and appeared to be a cryptic order to eliminate uncooperative U.S. federal officials. Though the document is undated and unsigned, forensic analysis on the original carbon version dates it to the 1960s. The political context dates it to the first year of President Kennedy’s term. This means that just before he retired on November 29, 1961, outgoing DCI Allen Dulles drafted a document that would deny his superior, President Kennedy, information that had been legitimately requested concerning MJ-12 activities. More importantly, the assassination directive constituted pre-authorization for the violent removal of a sitting President from office in a covert coup d'etat.
Dr Bob and Ryan Wood have conducted extensive forensic analysis of the burned document which was received in its original carbon version. It was on government issued watermarked paper and dated to the 1960s. Though the paper has still not been definitively traced to any government agency, it uses similar watermarks to other government documents. The text of the burned document clearly points to President Kennedy’s inquiries concerning MJ-12 Special Studies Project activities as the catalyst for it being drafted. In a cover letter by the Director of the CIA (DCI) to six other members of group response for the MJ-12 Project, the DCI said: “As you must know Lancer [Kennedy] has made some inquiries regarding our activities which we cannot allow. Please submit your views no later than October.” More significantly, the document says that “continuance of the group” was at stake.
While Dulles name does not appear on the burned document other leaked documents reveal that he drafted it. On June 28, 1961, President Kennedy wrote the following to Dulles:

To: The Director, Central Intelligence Agency
Subject: Review of MJ-12 Intelligence Operations as they relate to Cold War Psychological Warfare Plans
I would like a brief summary from you at your earliest convenience
This leaked National Security Memorandum clearly shows that Kennedy in June of 1961, wanted to learn about MJ-12 activities and the relationship with psychological warfare. While the leaked June Memorandum has not been acknowledged by the CIA (it was classified TOP SECRET), other documents from the period support its authenticity. Early in his administration, President Kennedy showed that he desired to restructure the National Security Council and bring all intelligence and psychological warfare activities under direct Executive control. On February 19, 1961, President Kennedy issued Executive Order 10920 which abolished the Operations Coordinating Board. The Operations Coordinating Board was the primary interagency organization responsible for Cold War psychological warfare activities. Its responsibilities were handed over to Kennedy’s national security advisor, McGeorge Bundy and the Department of State.
President Kennedy’s EO 10920 showed that he desired to gain control over all intelligence activities related to psychological warfare. Abolishing the Operations Coordinating Board shows he was willing to dismantle any government entity in order to bring its psychological warfare operations under the direct control of his national security team. EO 10920 helps substantiate his later June 28, 1961 National Security Memorandum concerning a review of MJ-12 activities that Kennedy had learned involved psychological warfare. EO 10920 also helps substantiate the very real concern expressed by the drafter of the burned document that the future of MJ-12 was at stake.
The authenticity of the June 28 Memorandum is also supported by a declassified set of three National Security Action Memorandums (NSAM) issued on the same day to the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and also forwarded to Dulles. NSAM 55-57 placed Cold War operations firmly under the control of the Joint Chiefs. According to Col Fletcher Prouty, they were Kennedy’s main means of gaining control over covert CIA operations. This supports the content of the June 28 CIA Memorandum which involved Cold War operations by MJ-12. Furthermore, the three NSAMs help explain why the Joint Chiefs were included among the entities in the burned document’s first directive that would be excluded from UFO information.
Finally, three 1952 Top Secret memos titled: "Joint Logistic Plan for MAJESTIC" from the Joint Chiefs of Staff were declassified in 1976. One states: "The following plans in support of MAJESTIC are now under preparation: A psychological warfare plan.” Once again, this shows the relationship between MJ-12 (Majestic) operations and psychological warfare. Kennedy therefore had good reason to issue his June 28 1961 memorandum to Dulles asking him for a review of MJ-12 psychological warefare operations.
Dulles response to Kennedy’s June 28 Memorandum was an alleged letter marked TOP SECRET that was issued on November 5, 1961. Dulles’ letter gives an overview of the MJ-12 activities with regard to psychological activities. It describes UFOs as part of “Soviet propaganda” designed “to spread distrust of the government.” Dulles’ letter acknowledged that while it was possible some “UFO cases are of non-terrestrial origin,” these did not “constitute a physical threat to national defense.” Most significantly, the letter said: “For reasons of security, I cannot divulge pertinent data on some of the more sensitive aspects of MJ-12 activities” If genuine, Dulles’ letter was giving President Kennedy only minimal information in response to his June 1961 NSAM request for a brief summary of MJ-12 activities.
Consequently, the leaked June 28, 1961 Memorandum, EO 10920 and NSAM’s 55-57 reveal that a power struggle was occurring over Executive control of Cold War psychological warfare programs and the covert activities of MJ-12. This struggle is reflected in the Burned Document which requests others involved in running MJ-12 to respond by October. The response of other MJ-12 members presumably led to Dulles November 5 letter to Kennedy. The letter firmly suggests that MJ-12 had decided not to cooperate with Kennedy and authorized the set of directives drafted by Dulles. Thus Kennedy’s efforts to incorporate MJ-12 psychological warfare activities under the direct control of his National Security Advisor were dismissed.
In conclusion, documents reveal that in 1961 President Kennedy was attempting to gain control over intelligence activities related to Cold War psychological warfare operations. This is confirmed in Executive Order 10920 that placed interagency psychological warfare plans under the control of McGeorge Bundy. It is further supported by declassified 1952 memos from the Joint Chiefs of Staff to provide logistic support for MAJESTIC (MJ-12) psychological warfare programs, and three NSAM’s issued on June 28, 1961 to place covert Cold War activities under the control of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. On the same day, June 28, Kennedy contacted Allen Dulles to request a summary about MJ-12’s psychological warfare activities. Dulles November 5 response highlighted that these activities involved the UFO issue but declined to release sensitive information. These events are consistent with the content of the burned document comprising eight directives restricting access to UFO information from the President, his National Security Council Staff, including Bundy, and the Joint Chiefs of Staff. It can therefore be concluded that Allen Dulles was the official who drafted the document including the cryptic assassination directive. Some time shortly before his alleged November 5, 1961 letter to Kennedy, Dulles draft set of directives had been responded to and approved by six other members of MJ-12. The implementation of the assassination directive on November 22, 1963 therefore constituted a covert coup d’etat by MJ-12.

In the first part, the MJ12 documents are not authenticated nor validated. Provocative but not proved authentic. In some cases they are not at all consistent with what has been learned or even with other MJ12docs. It is very easy to think that these are disinformation. Therefore speculations based on these materials are questionable at best.
This is where Exopolitics shows its true failings. It passes off rumor, inuendo and unvalidated documentation as fact. This hurts the researchers who are actually doing the real work.
I have my doubts that this author has actually done any of this research on his own. I think that he is simply using the work of Stan Friedman, Bob Wood and others and acting like he is some kind of scholar. Of course, there is no way to prove that what Salla says is true or not.
I keep hearing of JFKs interest in UFO but Salla hasn't shown a single document proving JFKs personal interest in the topic. So there is no proof of a power struggle. Just another story.
You must know nothing about your history. JFK showed interest in space and UFO's when he brought to the UN an idea of US-USSR partnership on the space situation. This was in 1961. He also sent many memo's to many people in the goverment to release documents concerning Space, UFO's and Aliens. Do more research.
The mind sometimes does tricky things. The will to beleive sometimes is very powerful but not necessary factual !
Guess you didn't like my last memo pointing out that a sitting President being assassinated by gov forces over a power struggle about UFO info is ludicrous.
This is just another conspiracy theory and clearly there are better suspects like the Mafia. Yet, we come back to the original point which is that you haven't offered a shred of proof about any of it including the existence of ETs.
Proof defines the boundry between speculation and fact. This collection of ideas is nothing more than raw speculation.
Like I said yesterday, Exopolitics is a neat word but when you google it you learn that it isn't what it seems. Most of what is out there "firmly suggests" that Exopolitics is nothing more than a con based on speculative bs and the misrepresentation of the work of others. A simple review of the writings by Salla and Webre demonstrates inconsistency, unfounded beliefs, misrepresentations. Nothing of substance is there to be found. No proof of anything. Just talk, talk, money, money.
McGeorge Bundy was a wild card. Navy intelligence briefer William Cooper said Eisenhower's Special Studies Group/PI-40 (alien matters) was made up of men from the Council of Foreign Relations. Cooper said Henry Kissinger and Zbigniew Brzezinski were the study group's two directors and the group's membership included Dr Edward Teller, Paul Nitze, David Rockefeller, Dr. Edward Teller, and McGeorge Bundy, who was later Jack Kennedy’s Special Assistant for Foreign Affairs. So, Bundy came into JFK's administration with deep inside info that he may not have shared with JFK.
Bundy was big on the Vietnam war during LBJ's presidency. Kennedy had told Sen. Wm. Morse that he planned to reduce troops in Nam. So Bundy may have reported to the Dulles-Rockefeller faction behind JFK's back, given the policy divergencies.
Allen Dulles was fired by Kennedy after the Bay of Pigs, but then Dulles helped whitewash the assassination when LBJ put him on the Warren Commission. LBJ wasn't clean.
There are numerous scholarly works about criminal involvement in the JFK assassination. In 1988, a poll showed 80 percent of people thought that there was conspiracy in the murder, so it's a mainstream concern, not a fringe topic.
There ARE documents on the subject of JFK and "ufo's." Michael Salla does a matrix approach looking at various reports from various sources, then discusses their knowledge of, and consistency with, the agencies and individuals noted in the materials. Greer, Cooper, and others discussed the exact same subject, yet they referred to further sources, which only adds to the possibility that the deepest, most secretive and corrupt programs figured in power struggles of the day. We know JFK was hit. We know Oswald met w. Ruby, DeMohrenshildt, Bannister and others. Dulles had hired mafioso for the Bay of Pigs, so he was a con, not a reliable truth teller. He was fired for it.
I'd suggest if you want to argue scholarship, you use your real name on your remarks.
Before Bill Clinton became president he said that he wanted to know what the truth about the JFK assassination and also what was the truth about UFOs and aliens. When he became President he asked to be briefed on the subject of aliens and Ufos, and was told that he did not have clearance to see the information. This would have been due to the Alan Dulles document that Dr. Salla has uncovered. It was reported that Clinton learned the truth about the JFK murder when he traveled to Chicago and heard tapes that were recorded by amateur radio operators in Dallas on that day. These tapes have the voices of many of the actors in the intelligence services that did the crime that day. What though was the truth about the UFO Alien situation? The job to uncover the truth was given to Vincent Foster.
Vince Foster was tasked with getting to the bottom of the issue. From the evidence made public It appears that Foster was murdered in the White House and delivered to the site where he was found.

Why was Vince Foster murdered?
After he was found in a nearby park dead, White House counsel Bernard Nussbaum broke into and rifled Foster’s safe and removed two files that have since remained missing. One file was to be given to Attorney General Janet Reno and the other file was marked to be delivered to White House counsel William Kennedy III. Kennedy was an associate of the Rose law firm, where Hilary Clinton, Foster and Kennedy all were employed before the White House job.
Kennedy would be a likely person to receive anything from Vince Foster as sensitive as a briefing concerning the Extraterrestrial High-level powers and Foster probably would have cleared such information with him before giving it to Clinton. As the file is still missing, we may be limited to making an educated guess about its contents.
Part 3:
The main stream news media, actually the central bankers intelligence operations, instructed all of their paid commentators (Sydney Blumenthal, William Safire, Robert Fiske and Rush Limbaugh and others) and directed them to pretend that it was actually a ‘suicide’ that was the cause of Foster’s death. What could be the significance of that?
All of the above named talking and writing heads, were tasked with the job to discomfit Clinton and soften him up to get back in line and take orders from the central bankers. While the heat was on Clinton about a simple real estate deal in Arkansas, here was a chance to really shake him out with Foster being murdered at the White House and delivered then to the local park and shot in the head after he was dead. Why did the central bankers contrive the suicide option and not go for the murder facts?
Part 4:
Maybe because Clinton had nothing to do with the death of Foster and the folks who did it were the central bankers them selves. They control Limbaugh and all the other frauds, why say it was suicide? Could it have been to divert attention away from the content of the secret files that Bernard Nussbaum absconded with?
The day before Foster was found in the park he had a closed door 2 hour meeting with a Ms. Scott. She seems to have a memory problem and can’t recall what she talked to Vince Foster about?
Was Vince Foster murdered because of the same reason that JFK was murdered? Getting too close to the truth?
In the last days of the Cuban missile crisis, a U-2 reconnaissance plane ran out of fuel at high altitude above some of Russia’s most sensitive military bases. It began gliding towards America, where US Air force planes were standing by on Defcon 2 alert armed with nuclear air-to-air missiles.
Part 5:
Russian air command sent up a squadron of fighter planes to shoot the U-2 down. For over 15 minutes not one of the Russian jets could energize their weapons panels and were unable to fire even one bullet or anti aircraft rocket at the intruding U-2. It continued on untouched and glided back to a safe landing in America. ‘Luck’ was with us that day, for if that U-2 had been hit by even one round of fire, the American Air force planes would have opened fire with nuclear tipped air-to-air missiles. World war III could have ‘accidentally’ begun.
Michael Salla has done a great service by researching and writing about the role of Alan Dulles, JFK and the ‘shadow’ government. It is long since past time to dis assemble the nuclear arsenal of this planet and shut down the nuclear war machine. Can we go on and merely hope that ‘luck’ will be with us the next time a nuclear ‘accident’ happens?
Part 6:
What should be at the top of our agenda? We have just survived eight years of one of the most dangerous Minds to ever call itself human; George Bush Junior. Here are a few of this fellows thoughts as reported by Cathy O’Brien in an interview with him and Cheney: “Cathy O’Brien reports that while discussing genetic engineering, human cloning, and the ruin of earth’s resources for profit with Bush, Dick Cheney said no one would be able to think to stop technology’s plan. Bush replied, “I’ll destroy the planet first.”
Think about the B-52 bomber sent out by Bush Cheney from Minot armed with six nuclear tipped cruise missiles that ‘lost’ one nuclear tipped cruise missile somewhere over America in August of 2007. How much ‘luck’ do we have left?

An English Trident nuclear submarine recently collided with a French Trident in the middle of the Atlantic ocean. In total, there were 96 city destroying nuclear warheads ready to be launched on board these 2 subs.
Recently the USS Hartford, a nuclear submarine armed with three nuclear tipped tomahawk cruise missiles was slammed into by the USS New Orleans. The USS Hartford is a first strike weapon and was damaged and taken out of service for repairs. It was 60 miles off the coast of Iran when this happened. How much ‘luck’ do we have left?

If you want to dodge the Warren Commission and look at conspiracy theories its far more likely that JFK was killed by the Mafia for reasons known to everyone.
This is just another in a long list of conspiracy theories... People like Salla see aliens behind every development and it is simply not the way things are.
He hasn't offered a single shred of evidence, much less proof, that JFK ever gave a whit about UFOs. Yes, other administrations have dabbled and made some efforts. The Carter administration came closest with GHWBush burying the report.
Exopolitics also believes that there is a race of humanoids living under the surface of Mars and that the electrical grid is going to be destroyed by solar flares in 2012. How much are we expected to believe? All of it. Based on what? Because Salla and Webre say so.
I need more than that before I can accept this drivel.
To bring up the warren commission in this debate was pointless. Im just a average guy, i dont know as much about this stuff as Sullivan or LoBuono or even "huh". But with the information that I have on this and other subjects involving the government and the question of cover-up, it becomes ridiculously obvious that what they tell us cannot be accepted as the truth. In the 60's after the Kennedy assasination people were "speculating" over information and disinformation that alot of which can be called fact now that some documents have been released or leaked or whatever. We always get stuck on a few pieces of information and debate on that for years only for a document to be released or leaked that confirms, or can be confirmed through comparison, that what we were thinking all along is true. I have enought common sense to make this statement: THE PRESIDENT WAS NOT KILLED BY THE MAFIA. Maybe the played a role in it but lets use our common sense. The President is, and should have been on November 22, 1962, to well protected to be killed by the mafia. To kill a US President it has to be an inside job point blank. Further more, ALL PROOF LIES IN THE -FACT- THAT OUR GOVERNMENT TO THIS DAY IS STILL TRYING TO KEEP INFORMATION ABOUT KENNEDY AND MJ12 FROM THE PUBLIC. Debating the pros or cons of particular speculative arguments is a nesecary function of higher human awareness. Proof is an entirely different animal. Often the argument is the needed distraction deflecting awareness to follow the correct trail toward the truth. One issue should not be up for debate. At the levels of government and power concerning such issues the truth is certainly not meant to be known by us. The facts will not be mundane. One of the speculative opinions could be on target, or all of them could be miles away. Isn't that the fun in it?

Clinton was "informed" by the Bilderberger Group BEFORE he was President. He would not have needed to "get back in line and take orders". Taking orders is what he does best...it is why he was selected.

Cathy O'Brien is supposedly a victim of the MK-Ultra program and was physically abused by the Gov't. Why in the world would Cheney and Bush be interviewed by her ???
