Demi Lovato blasts Lady Gaga: Did Gaga glamorize eating disorders?

Demi Lovato blasted Lady Gaga after learning that Gaga invited performance artist Millie Brown to vomit on her while on stage during her concert at SXSW. On March 14, Demi took to her Twitter account to talk about the event and to say that having someone puke on you is not art -- it's not cool to Demi.

"Sad... As if we didn't have enough people glamorizing eat disorders already. Bottom line, it's not 'cool' or 'artsy' at all," Demi tweeted. "Would you let someone bring a needle and shoot up on you? Addiction is addiction," she wrote.

Demi Lovato likes Lady Gaga -- in fact she later tweeted that she was still a "little monster" but that doesn't mean that she has to support everything that Gaga does. It's hard to draw the line for some people and while Gaga didn't find anything wrong with being puked on, Demi feels differently. Vomit isn't considered art and usually people who vomit aren't being creative.

Naturally Demi got tons of hateful comments after she stood up for her beliefs but she stuck by her feelings and continued to tweet about her take on it because she has dealt with eating disorders and this gesture really bothered her.

Demi Lovato says Lady Gaga can't just call something "art" and get away with it. What do you think? Was Gaga's vomit show gross or was it acceptable "art"?
