David Duke releases video supporting Occupy Wall Street protests

Former KKK Grand Wizard David Duke has joined President Obama and the American Nazi Party in supporting the Occupy Wall Street protests.

“I cheer the men and women on the streets condemning the international banks that hold America financially hostage. These Wall Street banks are not the product of free enterprise; they are the product of crime,” Duke said in a video supporting the protests.

CNS News reports that Duke "repeatedly attacks what he refers to as “Zionist bankers” such as Ben “Shalom” Bernanke," and claims that while many have lost up to half of their savings, the “Zionist owners of the predatory banks made more shekels.”

Duke also decries what he calls the "Zionist media and their paid whores," and attacks Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity and Bill O'Reilly.  He states his utter hatred for New York, calling it the "real center of Zionist globalism."

Besides Duke’s endorsement of the Occupy Wall Street protests, there have been numerous instances of anti-Semitic comments and signs at the demonstrations. Several videos now posted on YouTube show protesters holding anti-Semitic signs and making anti-Semitic statements.

Recently, the American Nazi Party endorsed the protests, claiming Jews own the banks and control global finances.

“The Jew-hatred among protesters and sympathizers is diverse and unapologetic. It is, in fact, atmospheric. Tune in randomly to live television coverage of the spectacle and you’ll see--as I did--placards scapegoating Israel, Zionism, or ‘Hitler’s bankers,’” wrote Abe Greenwald in Commentary Magazine.

Greenwald continues:

Where the Tea Party couldn’t be tagged as racist no matter how hard liberals tried, Occupy Wall Street protesters are literally boasting of their Nazi credentials. This striking distinction speaks to the core asymmetry of the two phenomena. The Tea Partiers held up signs that read, “Don’t Soak the Rich”; Wall Street Occupiers’ placards counter: “Soak the Rich.” The purpose of the Tea Party was to get government out of all Americans’ lives. The point of Occupy Wall Street is to scapegoat fellow Americans. And wherever political scapegoating takes place, anti-Semitism is sure to follow.

Predictably, the so-called mainstream media (known here as the Democrat-media complex) has bent over backwards covering up the anti-semitism on display at the protests.

Brent Bozell, President of the Media Research Center, has called on networks to report on the racism and anti-semitism at the protests, but so far, the media has ignored his calls.

“Neither Jews nor Christians, nor any person of faith should stand for the deliberate whitewash of anti-Semitism at these protests, especially not by the same newsrooms that were eager to link supposed racism to the Tea Party. We will not stop applying pressure to these networks until they stop concealing the hatred and report the reality of Occupy Wall Street,” Bozell said in a press release on Wednesday.
