After the success of this year's Country Radio Seminar (CRS), the official dates have been set for the 2015 three-day event: Feb. 25-27. Taking place in downtown Nashville, radio programmers, record labels, engineers, media and artists will gather to showcase their work.
"One of the first signs of spring is Country Radio Seminar in Nashville, and again in 2015, CRS will launch the year in country radio and music,” CRS President Charlie Morgan said in an official statement on Monday (April 28). “Again this year, our event will kick-off on Wednesday, February 25 and run through our New Faces Show on Friday night, February 27."
CRS early-bird registration will begin mid-July. The forthcoming batch of panels and speakers will be unveiled leading up to the annual seminar.
Also, the Country Radio Hall Of Fame Induction ceremony and dinner will be held, as usual, later in 2015. No date has been confirmed.
The CRS Agenda Committee will oversea the efforts. Jeff Green (Partner/Stone Door Media Lab) will serve as Chairman and Tom Hanrahan (Regional Program Manager/Clear Channel Media and Entertainment) and John Trapane (SW Regional/EMI Nashville) have both been named Co-Vice Chairman.
