All of the waiting and hitting refresh on the official Hearthstone forums that we Hearthstone players have been doing for the past month or two has finally paid off. The long awaited pricing details for the upcoming Curse of Naxxramas Adventure mode have finally been revealed! This expansion adds 30 new cards and a new single player mode in which players face off against increasingly difficult bosses from the famous Naxxramas raid in World of Warcraft.

After the recent information delay, many gamers suspected that Blizzard was taking the pricing info back to the drawing board in order to better squeeze money out of our collective wallets. As usual, Blizzard has managed to surprise everyone with the latest announcement by revealing prices that are far cheaper than the jaded among us suspected.

Curse of Naxxramas is an adventure that consists of five wings, with one wing being released each week. The first wing is called the Arachnid Quarter, and will be given free to anyone who plays during the month long launch period. The following four wings, the Plague Quarter, Military Quarter, Construct Quarter, and Frostwyrm Lair will be released for the very reasonable 700 in-game gold or $6.99. Making the deal even sweeter is the package deals, in which you get a discounted rate for purchasing multiple wings at a time. By logging in and getting the first wing free during the launch period, you'll be able to pick up the remaining four for the discounted rate of $19.99. The full package details are as follows:

All five wings: $24.99
Already own first wing: $19.99
Already own first two wings: $14.99
Already own first three wings: $9.99

Individual wings available for $6.99 OR 700 gold.

After the pricing information delay, many players (myself included) expected the price to be significantly higher than what Blizzard has revealed, so we've got a lot to be excited about. As of now, Blizzard is still saying that the mode will be released before the end of July, so keep checking back and I'll have official release information as soon as it is available!
