Courtland Rogers skips his court appearance; Warrants issued for his arrest

Courtland Rogers was set to appear in court over his four counts of physical abuse that his estranged wife, Jenelle Evans set against him, reports Radar Online on Feb. 19, however, court officials claim that he never bothered to show and warrants for his arrest have been issued.

Jenelle Evans believes that Courtland is on the run and that he will never face these charges. A law official told Radar that Rogers hasn't been served papers on these charges yet, and that has to happen before he can appear before a magistrate and have a bond set for him. Without that happening, these warrants will hang over his head.

A source close to Jenelle claims that she is furious that he is running instead of manning up against the charges. She wants him to take responsibility which many find funny since she rarely does that herself.

This won't be the end of Courtland Roger's legal troubles, however, because his ex girlfriend, Taylor, plans to take him to court for child support.

Are you surprised that Courtland didn't show up in court?
