"You're only two years older than me darling...where have you been all my life?" were the first words spoken by Christopher Plummer after winning this year's Best Supporting Actor Oscar. The 82-year old Plummer is the oldest person ever to take home the ultimate in Hollywood prizes. Plummer wins for Beginners, in which he plays an old man that comes out as a gay man to his son, played by Ewan McGregor.
Congratulations to Christopher Plummer and Octavia Spencer for taking home the Best Supporting Actor and Actress prizes, and to all others who have and will win.
