Aguilera has vehemently denied weight-loss surgery rumors, insisting a low-carb diet and yoga helped lose over 35 pounds.

Aguilera previously explained that her 35-pound weight loss was the result of a healthy, low-carb diet and yoga workouts.
Christina's diet combines high-quality fats like avocado with lean proteins such as chicken breast or fish and includes healthy snacks like almond butter with celery.
In May 2008, Aguilera lost 40 pounds just four months after giving birth to son Max by combining cardiovascular workouts and weight-lifting for 90 minutes a day, five days a week, and following a low-carb diet.
