President Obama plans to have the U.S. Congress authorize up to $300 billion in tax credits and $50 billion in infrastructure development to create jobs.  As the U.S. economy slowly recovers, job creation has been painfully slow for the Obama administration. The reason for U.S. unemployment is all too evident to see. One just has to enter any large retail store, Wal Mart, Macy, etc., and see the all pervasive Made in China sign. China’s open access to U.S. markets had been a principle reason for rapid economic expansion which only a month ago led to China becoming the world’s second largest economy.  Why have the U.S. manufacturing and textile industries been allowed to collapse with production moving off-shore primarily to China? Is it merely because U.S. companies are making windfall profits with off-shore production, and their lobbyists have succeeded in getting Congress to approve the legislation to make this possible? Yes that’s part of the answer, but is there a deeper factor at work? Is the U.S. paying China off for its support on some unknown policy issue by sacrificing the US manufacturing and textile industries to Chinese products? What possible policy could China have secretly agreed to that warrants U.S. policy makers giving Chinese products unrestricted access to U.S. markets? The answer is in China holding off in developing advanced technologies that could revolutionize the energy industry. China is being paid-off to play dumb while the oil industry continues its global monopoly on how to power industries through fossil fuels.

So what ‘free’ or new energy sources exist that could revolutionize the energy industry? The answer goes back more than 100 years to the work of the brilliant inventor Nikola Tesla (1856 – 1943). Tesla’s inventions and patents have inspired generations of inventors to come up with commercially viable models of his ideas. For example, in 1928, Dr Henry Moray successfully developed a “radiant energy” device from a 1901 patent developed by Tesla that could draw energy from a vacuum – free energy. Dr Moray, a highly talented electrical engineer with Bell Laboratories successfully demonstrated the device to many scientists. Their response was the same. What Moray claimed was impossible since it violated the conservation of energy laws. So the device must be some kind of trick, and was never seriously considered for commercial development by Bell Labs. Eventually, Moray’s prototype radiant ‘free’ energy device was destroyed by a disgruntled assistant. Ever since Moray, there have been numerous inventors who have developed free energy devices using off-the-shelf material.

Claims of inventors being either bought off or harassed are numerous and form a very long list. One prominent example is Otis T. Carr who successfully developed a free energy device that could be used to power a prototype civilian spacecraft. In the late 1950s, Carr succeeded in gaining private funding to develop a commercially viable model only for production to come to a halt after he refused offers to sell off his work. According to one of his technicians, Ralph Ring, a number of federal government agencies raided his California production plant in 1960 to close it down. The reason they gave was that it was a threat to the US. Monetary system since Carr’s device could lead to a collapse of the oil and power industries. In 1961, Carr was convicted of securities fraud. He was imprisoned and discredited. It was only the public emergence of Ring in 2007 that the truth of what happened to Carr had emerged. It appears that a carrots and sticks approach is used against individual inventors to prevent their new energy devices ever being commercially developed for mass public distribution. So what would be a carrots and sticks approach to a rising superpower such as China?

The carrot for China not to commercially develop free energy devices is for its products to be given unrestricted access to the U.S. market. As long as China plays dumb, and doesn’t develop such free energy devices for its growing industries, then all will be well and it can continue to generate large annual export surpluses in its trade with the U.S. For example, for the first six months of 2010, according to the US Census Bureau, China had a trade surplus of $145 billion with the U.S. In 2009, the trade surplus was 225 billion.  Over the last five years, the trade surplus has averaged over $200 billion annually for a total of over one trillion dollars. So that’s the carrot given to China. A carrot that has led to the U.S. manufacturing and textile industries virtually disappearing in the U.S. as large companies have relocated production plants to China. The result is a huge loss in jobs and a middle class back lash against the U.S. Congress and Presidents that have done nothing to prevent the export of U.S. jobs to China and elsewhere.

So if the carrot for China in not developing Tesla inspired free energy technologies is unrestricted access to the U.S. market, what’s the stick? Not surprisingly, the stick itself is an off-shoot of some of Tesla’s pioneering work. One of Tesla’s devices could be used to draw large amounts of energy from the Earth’s ionosphere. This energy could be used for generating seismic activity (earthquakes) in remote locations and/or weather modification. Indeed, Dr Nick Begich revealed that the original patents behind the HAARP facility in Alaska built to send electromagnetic bursts into the ionosphere was based on Nikola Tesla. President Clinton’s Secretary of Defense, William Cohen, tacitly acknowledged in 1997 the existence of eco-weapons that could generate seismic activity and weather modification. He said: "Others are engaging even in an eco- type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves. So there are plenty of ingenious minds out there that are at work finding ways in which they can wreak terror upon other nations. It's real..."  Cohen’s comment is very significant since it reveals how one nation or (powerful oil industry cartel) could threaten or ‘terrorize’ another nation by the use of Tesla inspired eco-weapons. Cohen’s tacit acknowledgment reveals the powerful stick that could be used against China if it doesn’t accept the carrot offered to it to play dumb on the existence of free energy devices.

Free energy devices continue to be developed by private inventors in the U.S. using off the shelf equipment. Dr Thomas Valone, who worked with the U.S. Patents Office, is the world’s foremost expert on free energy or “zero point” energy devices. He has personally investigated many inventors’ free energy devices and found some to be commercially viable. If free energy devices continue to be privately developed in the U.S. then it’s inconceivable that the same is not happening in China. But the Chinese are playing dumb and not developing these for large scale commercial application. Why? The answer lies in the carrots and sticks approach used to maintain China’s complicity in a secret policy that protects the international oil industry. The continued loss of jobs as the U.S. market is flooded with cheap Chinese products and/or services from other rising powers such as India will not be reversed by stop gap business tax incentives and infrastructure development projects proposed by President Obama. As long as China and other countries are bought-off to prevent the commercial development of free energy devices, U.S. workers and the economy will continue to be sacrificed to protect oil industry monopolies on energy production.

Special Note: Dr Thomas Valone will be speaking about free energy devices that have potential for commercial production at the Fifth Annual Earth Transformation Conference on the Big Island of Hawaii, December 29 to January 2, 2011. Click here for more info.

Michael Salla would wouldn't live up his infamous name of a shoehorning snake-oil seller, if didn't write such fairy tales. Consequently, Salla comes forward with other snake-oil sellers like Otis T Carr (convicted for fraud) or Thomas Henry Moray (the guy was on real (!) germanium diodes, but managed to blow it, when he moved into the perpetua mobile gangland with Prof. John R. R. Searl et al.). Additionally, Salla spices his story with the well known inmortal artificial mystery, based on the (widespread) misbeliefs around Nikola Tesla - a famous engineer, but a miserable physicist. Since the term 'free energy' is an euphemism for (nonexistent) perpetua mobile, it's not a coincidence, the whole perpetua-mobile snake-oil business is managed by a couple of well known guys today. Today Sean McCarty (Steorn. Orbo) relieved the fossile John R. R. Searl - the infamous self-titled professor.
From now, Salla's shoehorning starts: It's a clearly recognizable and inevitable fact, the whole western civilisation ends its ongoing civilisatory cycle. The process will be completed within a couple of decades, since we are moving our education, industry, technology, science - and wealth - to asia. The same happened to the ancient Inkas, Mayas, Persians, Egyptians, Greeks and Romans. It's a historical fact, civilisatory cycles are constant in the evolution of humanity, since humans are still predators. Like zoo animals, the mental abilities of humans degenerate without permanent challenge to hunt for food (aka technology and wealth). As the ancient Roman Empire perished about two millenia ago, the western civilisation will do the same - irrespective of technology. Our demise is irreversible, since nobody can afford to finance the re-education of the masses. Politicians in the 70's were wise enough to recognize the problem. Their goal was to provide us a controlled 'soft touch down' instead of a crash, chaos and a (potentially nuclear) WWIII. This was the moment, globalization was decided - and implemented. That's the true reason of the pervasive presence of the MADE IN CHINA labels. Maybe, around 2500 A.D., we will get a second French Revolution - what might restart our civilisatory cycle.

    Rabid;
You seem to be blowing smoke up your own ass. Did you really use the words Politician and Wise in the same sentence?? My belief is you wouldn't know a fairy tale if it hit you smack dead in the face. It's your illusion, but when you finally wake up, give us a shout with some coherent babble. ;)

I really can not believe how much self destructive and irresponsible are some of ufo/"free energy" people are. Black projects (maybe around the world) have new energy solutions and advanced (anti gravity and other...) technology. Partly because of such idiotic ufo/"free energy" leaders like Salla I doubt we will see any of it any time soon used for benefit of all. With one of these kind of texts without any logic, a fairy tale as Flesh mentioned above, enough damage is done to set us few steps back. Great job Salla (this is sarcasm!). Anyone can have phd these days :( Get your brain together and if you wanna write, write quality and logical texts only.

I am so mad :(( You cant find honest people if you look them up with an electronic microscope :(((

Your conclusions are correct - at least partly. Humanity is far not ready for any (really!) advanced technology or knowledge, since most (not a few!) people can't handle such knowledge and technology and its implications in an appropriate, responsible and reasonable manner. Take a look at e.g. nuclear energy. It's not a coincidence, nuclear technology and nuclear fuels are rigourously kept away from the general populace - to avoid disasters or abusive use by terrorists, criminals or dictators. The exo-ufoistic conspiracytainment industry (Michael Salla belongs to) has contributed much over the past decades to the stultification of the masses in all western nations and progressed the widespread scientific ignorance significantly. that happened to an extent, the architects of the globalization termed the worst-case scenario in the late 70's. Yes, nature provides really powerful and long lasting sources of energy (based on the well known laws of thermodynamics) people have not even a dim idea about, beside that a nuke becomes a fire-cracker. Maybe, in a couple of centuries, these things can be introduced. Certainly not earlier. The whole western civilisation is in its final stage of ending its civilisatory cycle; while the asian culture is on the increase. That's a hard, verifyable fact - everbody can quantize, when he looks up some economical key figures, (true!) unemplyoment rates in America, Russia and Europe and the state of the technical, industrial and scientific education in these nations. The good news are, western people won't any longer pollute the air, since they can't afford cars, vans or gas within the next decade. Fortunately, neither agriculture, oxcarts, nor horses nor donkeys pollute the air.

The bad news are, no such thing like 'antigravity' exists. Gravitation is a basic natural force and monopolar (always attractive) in its nature. Although it's not my intention to blow the whistle, at least I can reveal, there is a fifth natural force, that is dipolar (attractive and repulsive) and can interact with gravitation. Due to lack of a better term, it's called 'dark energy' at time. Not very much scientists and engineers have even a dim idea with what they deal. This is intended, since far more is required to access this force than snake-oil-sellers, HAARP- and Tesla-enthusiasts and self-proclaimed whistleblowers want you to believe. ;-)

So your saying that Michael Salla is responsible for the lack of public knowledge on free energy simply because he wrote about it and believes there are ufo's and that free energy is being hidden? OMG! (Shame on you Michael!) I'm SO glad anonymous has All the truth and information on black projects and should get the word out more often. I'm positive nobody needs a phd to use common sense to know exactly Who has been setting everyone back. Geez anon, get your brain together and if you wanna reply, reply with Quality, and Logical texts Only. When you Finally find some Honest people, let us know. (A lot of that was sarcasm!) When you wake up, next to rabid, make sure you pinch each other for good measure. ;)

You present a very reasonable hypothesis but hard supporting intelligence appears short here, not that you would be privy to such intelligence. As you may know, Tesla believed he was in communication with advanced nonhumans, to whom he sometimes gave credit for his discoveries. Tesla was also obsessed with the number, 27, which leads me to almost accept his claim. Do you know the significance of this number? I do.

@Flash , Yes, it is evident that Asian nations and south American also are catching up with west, concerning technology, manufacturing capabilities and knowledge. Also, it is logical to assume that comfort level in west will decrease somewhat. But, I don't see any world shattering changes here.

Nuclear technology is a spot on comparison of what an effect could advanced technologies have on society. Imagine just what effect would time technology have. Every idiot would want to go to past and change it.

conspiracytainment industry - this is also a true word that describes our current situation. They even have certificates ?! I mean, you have never ever meat an alien/extraterrestrial, what the fuck do you know to give someone else a certificate ?

I agree people are not ready for a lot of things , but for some exception should be made. For medical use foremost. But more importantly even before any disclosures, the most important thing is to feed everyone on the planet. While people are dieing of hunger in the world we are not worthy even of the things we already have.

Not many people are aware of the fact, the Asian civilisation (not Asian expats or South-Americans) is currently taking over our industry, technology, science and wealth. Don't confuse it with a simple catch-up, since even big US- or European corporates let produce their goods in China. It's a well known fact, every civilisation perishes rather quickly (within a couple of decades), when eduation is neglected. This is the case in all western nations for about 15-20 years. The aggregate value added is sufficient to maintain an industrialized economy - but an economical system, committed to serivice delivery produces a permanent cash-drain. For a while, a cash drain can be wiped under the rug by the piling of debts, but suddenly, the end of the rope arrives (in hangman's terms) - what causes the infamous hangman's fracture; even to a whole civilisation. So we are trapped in the debt-contraption. This will become visible, when China will have developped its home-market within a couple of years; so they can decouple the USD from the Yuan. Believe it or not, but the Chinese govt has already a belly full of buying valueless USD-goverment bonds - just to assert, US resident can still buy Chinese goods. After decoupling the Yuan, the USD and the EUR will drop in a free fall within hours. What will people do, when a gallon of gas will cost about USD 500? This is all but a delusional doom- and gloom scenario, since it already happend once: In the mid 70's Japan decoupled the YEN from the USD, when they became aware of the fact, the nation financed the war in vietnam - and we had the infamous 'oil shock'. While the US industry could mitigate the effects quickly then, today our industrial capacities and people's industrial knowledge can be regarded as inexistent. Hence, the upcoming 'Yuan shock' will cause inevitably the fore mentioned hangman's fracture. And who on this planet should buy worthless USD-, RBL--, GBR-, or EUR-bonds from a bancrupt civilisation?

I don't think, hunger will become a problem, since all western nations have far enough farmland, so we can plant potatoes, wheat and vegetables - as we did in the medieval dark ages for about one and a half millenia.

Dangerous technologies, like nuclear medicine, are exempted from the fore mentioned restrictions. As long as people can pay for nuclear onkological therapies, of course.

This is precisely backwards. The U.S. Patent office has withheld technology from the world for nearly a century, namely, Nikola Tesla. It's my understanding that an Asian contingent challenged President Obama to do something about this last December along with several other criteria in exchange for a massive economic boost. FYI, the technology has been militarized including HAARP, the Woodpecker Grid, the general manipulation of the Earth =grid including weather and Earthquakes and even mind control applications due to the harmonic capabilities of the electromagnetic foundation of biology that can talk to the these EM pulse generating devices.

The Fed's strategy "quantitative easing" (money printing) doesn't work and so we have to pin the failures on China.

The actual real unemployment in the US: 17.9%. With the so called "recovery" America will have to wait until 2020 for a come back. There are lots of technologies out there which are with held by Wall Streets "Greed" and "business behavior".

I don't know why some of you people (Mr.Flesh Ripping Rabbid) are talking about Asian countries catching up to the U.S. in technology, you see those flying saucers wizzing around out there, they're ours. Go to you tube and look up The Disclosure Project Vol. 2, they were building simulators to teach pilots how to fly those electromagnetic, anti-gravity saucers back in the 50's. All of this stuff is kept in the hands of the Military Industrial Complex. Most of those sap politicians in Washington don't even know what's going on. I believe they call it, plausible deniability! And we all know it's being kept secret to keep the elite in the oil Biz. But we never thought they'd sell off our whole country to China to do it. But now that you mention it, that's just about their speed. Don't worry, they're going to get theirs in thte near future. I'm a firm believer in what goes around comes around.
