3D Photography is gaining momentum and now you can take 3D images of your family vacations, Vegas bachelorette parties and Kobe Bryant on the court (when he gets up off of the bench).

One of the men to make this possible is Internationally recognized celebrity photographer Nick Saglimbeni who recently won the Grand Prize in 3D Photography at the 2012 Sony World Photography Awards on April 26, 2012. Held at Somerset House in London, the awards take place alongside World Photo, London: a month long event that offers an eclectic mix of photographic events for all to enjoy.

Saglimbeni, who is the longtime photographer for the Kardashian family, also photographs national and international ad campaigns for major brands such as Sears, Skechers, Gillette, OPI, Kardashian Kollection, Wacom, and Nuvo, as well as high-profile publications such as People, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Ocean Drive, Hamptons, LA Confidential, and Photoshop User.

Saglimbeni is the creator of the Saglimbeni3D camera system that enhanced the landscape of 3D photography. In 2011, with publishing partner Howard Misle, Saglimbeni created WMB 3D: World’s Most Beautiful, the first commercial magazine entirely photographed and designed in 3D. The magazine creates a new realm of visual possibility by introducing readers to the world's most beautiful people, places, fashion, entertainment, and more, all captured in 3D.
