Christmas Eve is just around the corner and for anyone who is still looking to make plans here’s something to consider. Nao is celebrating the holidays with a special Christmas Eve dinner menu on Tuesday December 24, 2013. Dinner service will begin at 5:30p.m. and will consist of a special three course menu priced at $50 per person. Normal a la carte dinner service will also be available for the evening.
The special dinner menu includes:
- Family style starters: Charred Shishito Peppers, chilled Mahi Mahi ceviche with coconut milk and mango and smoked Panela cheese and nopal salad.
- Main course: Grill-roasted dry aged Prime Rib with piloncillo and chile Guajillo Jus, tamal negro with smoked Cotija cheese, chorizo glazed green beans, sweet plantain croquettes and crispy “Romeritos” of tender Rosemary shoots.
- Dessert: Warm pineapple empanadas and ice cream, roasted pineapple & aji caribe, dark rum nog and vanilla ice cream.
Nao is a student staffed restaurant at The Culinary Institute of America located at the grounds of the Pearl Brewery. The goal of this fine restaurant is to celebrate Latin food, traditions and culture. Nao’s menu is made up of traditional Latin American dishes with a modern twist.
